Grande Pizza Italian Restaurant

Excellent food, wonderful people and great value! Quaint litte GEM! We tried Pizza, Pasta, Chicken parmesan, Alfredo Carbonara, Italian Platter (lasagna, stuffed shells, manicotti, ravioli, all covered in sauce and cheese), garlic knots, and mozzarella sticks, salad and warm buttered rolls. Everything was delicious with large portions. We drove an hour away from home and it was well worth the trip. We were graciously taken care of with amazing customer service! We look forward to going back and trying more items from their extensive menu!!! Everything was fantastic!!!

Best Sicilian pizza in Pittsburgh area

Pizza is delicious!!

We ordered a pizza and salad from these clowns that never showed up. The order was already over an hour late at the time that I placed my 3rd or 4th call. It was apparently delivered to the wrong address with no attempts made to contact us so that somebody else either got our food for free or these idiots are lying. I believe they’re lying as the address they claim they delivered it to was right down the street and it shouldn’t have resulted in a complete cancellation of our order and delivery. This company is therefore a scam that steals money from people for fictitious orders that they have no intention of making or delivering. I will never get my money back on what was over a $50 order, it’s not worth the time or the effort to take them to court over it, so I can only hope to discourage anyone else from ordering “food” from this scam company until they hopefully go out of business.

Hands down best pizza on Route 8 without question. Generational family owned pizza shop who remember their customers like close friends or family. All of the food is great, however the Primavera pizza is a personal favorite along with the Italian or steak hoagies. The Grande Special Sicilian is an absolute wonder, the cheese reseals the cut if you get what I’m saying. I was coming to you guys as a kid when you were in the strip mall across 8, super happy when I get to have a friendly chat picking up the food!

Silvionis shut down so we were looking for a place that wasn’t the Olive Garden. After checking out the menu online we decided to check it out. Absolute sleeper. You could drive past this place and not even notice it. Our table had the steak hoagie, Italian sausage hoagie, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken with angel hair. The pasta is made fresh and is the read deal. Didn’t try the pizza but want to. Our group loved the food AND service, and we’ll be back!

We ordered a steak hoagie with mushrooms,onion,green pepper and an Italian hoagie loaded with fried mushrooms as well. The bread and ingredients were excellent and the marinara sauce as well! Great quality food!!! Highly recommended!!!!
