I ordered a gluten free Thanksgiving meal this year and not only was it delicious, I felt very comfortable that it was prepared safely for celiacs. Before I ordered Justin even called and spoke with me to discuss the precautions that they take when preparing the GF meals. Ordering made my holiday so much easier to not have to worry about making myself a separate meal. Will definitely order again!

On September 22, 2024 we celebrated my daughter's twin baby shower. Everything was top-notch! Justin and Taylor were very attentive to all of our requests. The staff was kind and courteous and did an amazing job down to every detail. The room decorations that Justin suggested looked beautiful for our "little pumpkins" theme and all of our guests commented on how warm and inviting they felt! The food was delicious and just perfect for our brunch menu. Thank you Justin, Taylor and staff for a wonderful afternoon. We were excited to include Just in Thyme in our search for a wedding caterer for our Daughter and future son in law’s wedding. Their Wedding is going to be around 200 people. We tasted some of their food and talked in length with Justin at a Wedding Vendor Fair back in the Spring. We wanted to proceed and my Daughter filled out the questionnaire and all other paperwork and we were told that Justin would reach out to us with a first draft menu based on their answers on the questionnaire. Well, that’s when all communication stopped. At least 3 weeks went by with no communication from them. I made 3 phone calls, left 3 messages, my daughter reached out by email a few times, nothing, ghosted! Many months later my wife reached out and finally got a response from Justin and he admitted they dropped the ball , we even gave them a second chance because he had said that he would get us something by email within the next day. Well, guess what that was about a month ago and we still never received anything from him. So I guess it’s wonderful that you won best caterer for 2024 in the city paper but you guys surly did not get my vote. Very poor communication and accountability, I guess you guys didn’t need a 20k wedding!
