We always have the best time at La Vite restaurant at Narcisi Winery. Bring a folding chair and sit on the lawn listening to live music or eat under the grape arbor. Sample their wines and then hit the gift shop. The food is excellent and the portions large. I wish I could give more than five stars.
What an awesome place to have a weekend lunch. We have gone twice in the last 6 weeks. Both days were beautiful, cool, sunny days. We sat outside under a wine vine covered portico. It was so great! There baked in house bread and homemade dripping sause is out of this world! The first time there I had Grilled Prawns & Scallops...melt in your mouth. Second time it was Seafood Cannelloni..again...awesome.
Great selection of wine with beautiful views - - good place for large gatherings. You can sample 2 different wines at the front wine bar area for free, then only $5 for another selection of 4 wines. Each pour is about 2 ounces, not bad at all. Food is quite good, though I am disappointed that for an Italian place, they didn't make fresh pasta. The Shrimp and Lobster Arrabiata had an awesome kick. The scallops in the grilled Mediterranean dish was soft and buttery, the grilled...
