It's McDonald's you come here to hate yourself
The Manger, Kyra, is rude and obnoxious. she screamed at us last night when my 78 year old wife tried to order a salad. Kyra was like "we don't have salads. They haven't been on our menu for 4 years". There's a way to say it nicely instead of chastizing us. We aren't going back again. Where is sweet Dottie?
It was terrible. Had my grandson with me. We got 2 meals. The French fries were raw. They weren't deep fried. Half the chicken was missing in the sandwich. So sad. 8 p.m. last night. Girl working drive thru.

so there’s this one time I was working front counter and two guys come in in order like 100 McChicken. at first, I thought it was a joke or like a MrBeast video or something but I’m like oh crap they’re serious. So we proceeded to open up an entirely new side just so we can pump out all these Mc chickens. Ever since that day, they’ve been coming back in ordering an absurd amount of McChicken. I don’t know what to do. Somebody help me. I’m tired of loading up nugget trays with McChicken patties. I’m in the amount they order every week is nuts. It’s at least up to 25 at its smallest now. And the worst part is, the kitchen crew keeps singing gen Alpha memes. It’s low-key a vibe, but sometimes it gets annoying. They keep singing only in Ohio only in Ohio! I mean, it’s not that bad, considering everybody I work with is weird, but I feel right at home. We haven’t gone a single day without talking about Skidi toilet or Gail Lewis. I don’t really know what to write about. I just really like the free chicken sandwich fries and sweet tea I get. also, the men who use our bathrooms, please make an effort to aim. People have to clean those Me being one of them. so please just try. I don’t ask for much. awesome we get some crazy customers, I love talking to them. Like I literally had a guy come in the one day and demonstrate how to break someone’s thumb on my own hand. I was low-key scared for a moment. We’ve had people throw up, screaming and cuss at the register. I swear I have the most fun job in the world. Also, I got to try the McRib, which was pretty lit. Also ofc the grimmace shake. I should really be doing my homework right now. Or whatever. oh, and another thing, we are way better than our competitors. I have a lot of friends who work at other McDonald’s and our lobby is 10 times nicer than theirs. You’re welcome. Oh, and I’ve started to memorize some of the lines. My managers have said I don’t wanna call the mat or anything but me and a few coworkers joke about it all the time. I don’t know but I couldn’t ask for a better job. This place is a second home. Definitely getting a five star.

I love seeing teenagers working in places like these, I have a few myself at home ready to start working soon. Only downfall is when they seemingly appear to care less about being on the clock and more about the social aspects of being around similarly aged coworkers. Lots of distractions appeared to confuse the cashier, mind you, I asked 3 times for a chocolate milk to be given to me for the happy meal we ordered. I was met with a blank stare and response, finally, letting me know my order was still in the fryer and would be ready shortly. The employee had no ear piece in, which was my assumption so I asked "mine, here, the order just waiting for the chocolate milk?" "Yea, yours!" I'm hopeful for this age group, but want to remind them as a whole, providing great experiences and wholesome customer service does start with the one wearing the uniform and on the clock. I left feeling a bit frustrated at the oblivious stares and careless atmosphere.

Whomever the young lady is working the back booth taking the orders tonight around 8pm was extremely rude. I attempted to order a McFlurry and said may I have 1 McFlurry please? I was told the ice cream machine wasn’t working and I simply said oh it was working the other night when I was here, just out of shock in a calm voice. I got hit with a very strong “well that’s not my problem” with a strong attitude. I said okay, you really don’t need to give me an attitude. She started screaming a whole bunch of things and I just drove away. The strange thing is I recognize the same voice telling me the ice cream machine wasn’t working another time within the last couple weeks on another night. Im starting to wonder if it’s the same young lady then and she just says that to everyone that goes through the drive through in the evening. I worked at this McDonald’s in high school for 2 years and would never imagine speaking to a customer like that. I work 12-13 hour days now and always remain professional no matter how long the day is. It’s a shame this young lady working 4-8 hours a day somehow is unable to communicate without becoming combative and rude. This is not an individual I would ever have at any customer service job. I normally go out of my way to say very nice things in reviews, but this young lady needs to know what respect means and how to be professional. If you don’t like the job and loose your temper for no reason, then don’t work there. Someone else would be grateful to have the job.

You can scream to these people “BURGER PLAIN” and it comes with everything. You tell them sudate BISCUIT and you get a muffin. Employees have no idea what they’re doing and management seems to not care. Line is always wrapped around the building forever too. I don’t have high expectations when it comes to fast food, but listening to what I want and need I do.
