Went to the gibsonia mcdonald’s for breakfast this morning. We ordered on the kiosk as we usually do, but this time the kiosk did not give us a receipt for our order, so we ordered at the front counter, i asked for sausage mcgriddle meal; my boyfriend asked for 3 hot cakes, they gave him 3 ORDERS of hot cakes instead. Was very unhappy with my experience here as i usually come here.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Not only were they rude but tossed the burger around like it was a salad it was super gross with a ton of onions. And they put the bag out the takeout window before we even pulled up to the window, what terrible service and people who obviously do not care. Will not be back. Such a shame. I'll go to the one down the street.

Truly despicable what McDonald's has come to. I need fast cheap food. I don't expect a Michelin star restaurant, and surely don't want to pay the same price. A meal is $12+ that's more than what most people make in an hour after taxes. That's unsustainable for many people. We want cheap food. Your McDonald's stop out pricing your customer base.
You people need to do something about this manager during am.This is the third time that the manager insults me when going inside to other workers.I have even said something and she ignores me.I don't even know this woman. McDonalds should not let customers feel like this for no reason. Then you stand there looking at other workers who she has said this to and they just look at you.

Excellent service and fresh, tasty burgers! I stopped here to avoid the turnpike food options. Ordering at the kiosk was super easy and intuitive, drinks were offered straight away and then the food was brought to our table shortly thereafter. Everything was fresh - burgers were juicy, cheese perfectly melted, the fries were hot and crispy. All of the restaurant staff are professional, friendly, and helpful and deserve to be recognized for their dedication to their craft.

I went to McDonald's for lunch cuz I was hungry. I had a terrible experience. I ordered the 2 double cheeseburger with basket of fries meal. I waited 30 min. I asked for the cheeseburgers ketchup only and there was mustard, onions, pickles, and mayo on them. That wasn't what I ordered. I will never go to this McDonald's again cuz of this experience. When a customer places an order, get it right the first time!! There's no excuse for that!!
