I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience.

I went there after a visit to the vet to redeem my points for some merchandise since some of points are expiring soon. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. When I approached the counter to inquire about redeeming my points, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid for not knowing the process and was told I can’t get the merchandise.

She was dismissive and made me feel very uncomfortable. Instead of helping me with the merchandise, she ended up giving me a free coffee, which wasn't what I wanted. I'm disappointed with the service I received and hope this feedback helps improve customer service at this location.

This Starbucks used to be so consistent, but now they never get my order right. The past two times I’ve been there, they have given me the wrong size drink and a different drink than what I ordered. Probably won’t be going back to this location.

The date is August 31, just picked up a coffee around 650. I don’t know if the ladies were having a bad day, but they were oddly rude and stern for no reason. It’s a Starbucks.

staff here are very snappy and rude i would highly recommend going to any other location (even if its out of your way) besides this one as i have never had a friendly or kind staff interaction. I had a sick, puking child in my backseat begging for water. i left my wallet at home as i was just running somewhere fast and i knew i could get it for free at starbucks but was denied water which is was the first time ive ever been denied at any starbucks i have ever been to and i travel and go to different ones often. by far the WORST location in the pittsburgh area.

Update of deleted review. I've since gone back and thanks to Mary Lou my faith had been restored. Not only was she enjoyable and happy (prior review discussed how unfriendly the staff was), but she also introduced me to a new way of making my drink. Love it even more now. Keep hiring Mary Lou's!

Jen, Sarah and Mary lou ...always greet me by my name as soon as I walk in and I watch as they do the same for alot of people. Can't beat that. And I will drive out of my way to this Starbucks because of this kind of courtesy! Great job ladies, you are appreciated!

The lady with the headband, brown hair, and mask is incredibly rude to me and my friend everytime we come to starbucks; which has been awhile. She is in the window everytime we come and when we say our mobile order name she gives us attitude. When we get to the window she doesnt speak to use and just hands us our drinks and practically shoves it in our car. She gave us attitude when we asked for water and shoved straws in our face. As a customer who has been coming here often with the same repeatedly bad service is very off putting and makes me not want to come back after so long of this going on. Every other person working is nice, except her.
