Just average. Wait was longer than other locations. The inside of this store is spacious and neat. The workers get stressed out when it's busy affecting the quality of the product.

I come here frequently to pick up and/or post up to work for a bit. I assume that the management transitioned a few years ago as there is a consistent woman who is always going out of her way to engage with customers. She is doing an amazing job of making this location feel like a local coffee shop. I wish that I could include her name, but if you visit you will know exactly who I am referencing. Kudos to her and the team here.

Cameron was so sweet. I had the worst weekend and really needed kindness. She went above and beyond for my puppy dogs. That was one of the most positive experiences that I have had at Starbucks and I go all the time. The world needs more people like her!

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience.

I went there after a visit to the vet to redeem my points for some merchandise since some of points are expiring soon. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. When I approached the counter to inquire about redeeming my points, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid for not knowing the process and was told I can’t get the merchandise.

She was dismissive and made me feel very uncomfortable. Instead of helping me with the merchandise, she ended up giving me a free coffee, which wasn't what I wanted. I'm disappointed with the service I received and hope this feedback helps improve customer service at this location.

This Starbucks used to be so consistent, but now they never get my order right. The past two times I’ve been there, they have given me the wrong size drink and a different drink than what I ordered. Probably won’t be going back to this location.

The date is August 31, just picked up a coffee around 650. I don’t know if the ladies were having a bad day, but they were oddly rude and stern for no reason. It’s a Starbucks.

staff here are very snappy and rude i would highly recommend going to any other location (even if its out of your way) besides this one as i have never had a friendly or kind staff interaction. I had a sick, puking child in my backseat begging for water. i left my wallet at home as i was just running somewhere fast and i knew i could get it for free at starbucks but was denied water which is was the first time ive ever been denied at any starbucks i have ever been to and i travel and go to different ones often. by far the WORST location in the pittsburgh area.

Update of deleted review. I've since gone back and thanks to Mary Lou my faith had been restored. Not only was she enjoyable and happy (prior review discussed how unfriendly the staff was), but she also introduced me to a new way of making my drink. Love it even more now. Keep hiring Mary Lou's!
