We had our parents Surprise 60th Wedding Anniversary party on Sept 20 in the Hilltop and it was fantastic! The newly renovated space was beautiful, Heather and her team were very accommodating and super friendly. It was so nice to have a screen to display a video during the party. Everyone was very easy to work with , very accommodating and everything went off with no complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Called to place an order. Waited 20 minutes on hold. Kept being told “they were busy”. Finally the front desk said, I can transfer you again but we are busy so…. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. Ridiculous that they can’t find someone who can take an order or have an online ordering system.

Very upset to find out that most of the pool tables have been removed with the renovations. We frequently went here to play pool and now most of the tables are gone. Leagues come to use the two available tables so we had to leave early. I guess the search for a place with available tables will have to start again.

North Park Lounge in Richland is a pleasant surprise when it comes to food quality. The menu offers a wide variety, and everything is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared — far better than you might expect from a casual spot. The food is great! The portions are nice sized and the price is fair.
They even give you a discount for paying cash which is always nice to save some money on the bill.
My biggest complaint is when paying cash for take out I’m always asked “do you want your little change?” even when it’s 98 cents. Yes I would always like all my change. Less than 10 cents sure you can keep it. But I get a look every time I ask for my “little change” like I’m being difficult asking for my change.

We recently hosted a party for 100+ guests at the newly remodeled Hilltop at North Park Lounge Richland. It was absolutely spectacular! The area is ideal for large or small get togethers. It is a perfect spot to host a party. The food and staff were amazing. The team, lead by Jaclyn - including Lindsey, Heather and Jon, was accommodating, professional, courtesy and so very helpful. Our event was a huge success and I have The Hilltop and their employees to thank for that!
