It was 1027 I pulled up-to the drive thru and the lunch menu wasn't up which is OK since it wasn't 1030am. I was told to pull around bc someone was in the back of me and I get back to the speaker. Now it's 1032. Lunch menu isn't up and then I was told lunch wasn't gonna be ready for a little bit still. Why they have to lie like that. Don't tell me 1030 and to pull around then give me some excuse but looking at the workers I seen why. No one wants to work anymore or they do and they can't even pull off a fast food job. Prayers. So yeah I drive to McDonald's after that fiasco

The drive thru wait was excruciating. We were in line for 15 minutes, no joke. I figured they'd be short handed, but when we pulled up to the window, there were at least 6 employees walking around looking lost. Absolutely painful.

Was waiting inside to order and here’s what I saw.
1. Bagger scratch his greasy hair then continue loading fries and burgers into bags.
2. Person who loads nuggets and fries into boxes wiped her gloved hand with her mouth, and pushed garbage into the garbage can, and with the same gloves, continued putting nuggets and fries in boxes.
3. Told manager who couldn’t care less and seemed complicit.
Left without ordering and ILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!
