I've stopped here twice in the past 2 weeks, after 10:30 p.m. they close at 11:00 p.m. both times the food wasn't even warm but I didn't find this out until I was at my work location 8 minutes later I will not waste my money here again. A lot of these fast food places offer terrible tasting food even after 7:00 p.m. in the evening I'm done spending 10 to 15.00 to get something on my way to work to eat and have it be absolutely horrible after I've tried to revive it in a microwave And if you think I'm being harsh I usually reach in the bag and try to nibble on a few french fries on my way to work and the fries are terrible, they feel spongy and definitely not even warm. But because I have to get to work I cannot go back and demand fresh food, so therefore I won't waste my money here again at this location
And in all honesty it's not just this location all Wendy's it seems to me, after 7:00 or 8:00 at night offer absolutely reheated, soggy food Without any reduction in price!! 🤐

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too, it’s amazing they won’t spend some money and hire decent help. I ordered a bacon double stack, it came cold as can be with no bacon, and the bun was so stale it fell apart aft one bite. The nuggets were ice cold too so I basically paid $9 for fries and a drink. Don’t go here

We went to go to the Wendy's on Route 8 in Gibsonia is the Northtowne Center today. I Find it funny that these employees will let their friends dine in and lock doors for other customers. When on the door it states that, dining room is open until 10. Owner needs to get their shit together and teach employees about customer service. I will be notifying corporate of this behavior it's unexceptable behavior i will never return to this location as of many others.

Absolutely disgusting. There was flys everywhere the guy doing fries literally pushed trash can contents down with his hands with no gloves then turned around and went back to the fryer without washing his hands no gloves and watched him touch the food with his hands!!!!! Employees were cursing....needless to say didn't eat and got money back
