Been here a handful of times and pretzels are always warm and crisp!
Always a good stop after daycare if the kids want a snack
The staff is always friendly and efficient
Every time I order from this place the pretzels are cold, dry and hard. So this time I wait one hour before I need them and still wait 20 mins longer then the time they said (which made me late to where I was bringing them to) I got half rivets and half pretzel dogs and they were exactly the same, cold, dry and hard! I was embarrassed to even show up to the party with them and also annoyed that I paid $60.00 for something that barley anyone touched. It's safe to say I will be going to a different location from here on out.
Lady at the register had a really bad attitude for working with people.
Arrived to pick up my party tray and they had not started it yet. I didn’t mind waiting because I was looking forward to hot pretzels. Unfortunately, I arrived at my destination and discovered that the cheesesteak pretzels were lukewarm, doughy, and sticky ( not fully cooked). I called, figuring they could make some for me that were fully cooked, and I could drive back to exchange. No one answered the phone and no one called back when I left a voicemail, even though it is hours from closing time. I’m really upset I spent $90 for a tray that I’m not comfortable serving my team. I’m on a soccer field and have no way to heat them up.
Pretty sure I got yesterday's pretzels. Rivets were hard and I ordered just an hour after they opened for the day. The cheesesteak filled pretzels were cold and so salty it was still too salty after rubbing the salt off, and I normally love a lot of salt.

The employees are rude. The manger after cleaning and touching everything went over and grabbed food without washing her hands no gloves nothing right in front of customers if she does that in front of people scared to know what she does when customers are not watching. ? don’t waste your time or money at this location.
The pretzels were okay but the staff there is just rude. Go to the Collegeville one they are much nicer there and have better prices.

I arrived just 10 minutes before closing hoping to find some pretzels to take to my son and daughter-in-law who live out of state. Not only did I find pretzels, but I also found a manager, Destiney, and another employee, Marissa who were cheerful and went above and beyond with service!! Even though it was almost time to close, they took time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Their friendliness and kindness were much appreciated!
Rock hard pretzels, cold not warm at all and no salt on them.
Rock hard pretzels, they also do not honor military discounts. Ive watched firt hand how the manger with no hair picked up pretzels off the floor and used them. This place is disgusting
DON'T TIP OWERS TAKE THE TIPS AND CALL IT A BONUS AND GIVE IT TO THIER FAMILY MEMBERS. THE PRETZELS IN THE DISPLAY ARE CALLED DECORATIONS. ROCK HARD AND LEFT IN FOR HOURS.
