I worked here for many years many moons ago. It has gone downhill so much. My order is wrong nearly everytime. I usually have to wait which is fine if my food is all hot but I get cold fries and a hot sandwich. The workers appear absolutely annoyed that you are there ordering food. I tried to figure out the app he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders when I asked if he knew what to do. Ordered on line. Service was fast and good customer service. The fries were cold and not good. I could tell they were old. I tried them as soon as I was handed the bag. Should have asked for fresh ones but to tired and should not have to.

Frosty was so full that the lid wouldn't fit. Made a mess all over myself and inside car. Common sense would have been to empty some out before you give it to customer.Food: 3/5
