I've never had any bad experiences with this place, the food tastes just so perfect, no jo Lynn's, but the next best thing to it!!

These people think they are celebrities I call half the time they are on vacation or closed I actually don’t know when they are open good luck their meat is good pizza isn’t beating mama pepinos but it’s decent all their veggies and meat are better than mama pepinos is they he someone who could cook better then they would be top notch

Horrible customer service I ordered a delivery was quoted 60 minutes it’s been two hours and I still have no food. I called the restaurant the manager was extremely rude and said that delivery was a privilege not a right, even thought it’s been two hours and I still have no food. They were rude and disrespectful, I just wanted to know when my food was coming, and was very respectful. Anyways, they will never get me as a customer due to their disrespectful management, and their sub par customer service. Can’t even comment on the food cause I never got mine. Absolutely dreadful.

I ordered food it was more than a half hour late. pizza was nasty and burnt around the edges. Pizza did not have enough sauce. sampler was okay. but I will not order from them again

We have ordered from here before and it was good. Today we ordered over $60 worth of food including a dozen of wings. The wings were so undercooked. They were so gummy and anyone could tell they were undercooked. We called in to tell them about this and the young woman on the phone put me on hold to ask the owner. She got back on the phone and said the owner said they are time cooked and theres nothing they can do. No refund, no credit, no discount. That it terrible customer service in my opinion. The wings were tossed in the garbage and we wont be back to this place again. I know places are short staffed and all but thats not how you treat customers.

This place is bad. I ordered a quarter pound burger and got a burger the size of half dollar coin. It was smaller than a cooked breakfast sausage patty. The food just isn't good and the portion sizes are a bad joke.

Overall it wasn’t bad, I got a Pittsburgh steak hoagie and fresh cut fries, the price was very good. The hoagie was good, the bread was good, the steak was a little tough but overall was good. The “fresh cut fries” were extremely hard to eat. They were really dark looking as if the grease was old and bad, I wouldn’t call these “fresh”.

Food is good quality. Nothing to rave about, but not bad. Prices are high and also not as advertised. I just tried to order 3 wings and a small salad, should have been just over $10, not $14.I figured the counter person must have misunderstood my order. So I called back to straighten it out. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, she gave me attitude. She informed me that the price of wings had gone up, so the 3 wings would be $6 and change instead of $4.95. Ok, but that's still only about $11, not $14.It's like they charge whatever they feel like regardless of their advertising. What a sense of entitlement!So I just ordered the same thing from another local place with better food and a loving attitude. Total came to $14 for my order plus 10 shrimp for my roomie to go all the way to the 500 block of St. Claire Blvd pick it up for me.Water what you want to grow.
