Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Worst store. Usually like Bertucci's food. This location is the 4th and last chance we gave it. Terrible service, Dried out food and very long wait everytime for just to small orders. It wasnt even busy except for 3 table with 2 to 4 small children at each table crawling and standing on the table tops and jumping on the chairs after we asked to sit in a calmer area. Staff was arguing with bartender where we can sit and where we cant. Should have left right then.

Always great service and the prices are reasonable.But...Let's talk about the food.Ordered the salmon entrée with no substitutes. For $22 I got 3.5-4 oz with spinach and red bliss potatoes.Average portions but what was immediately noticeable was the salt content. The spinach must have been sitting in brine as well as the salmon. Absolutely no excuse for this. Maybe 15-20 years ago?? This just shows customers that the cooks are a step above a burger joint in their skill or lack thereof.If you have high blood pressure your heart will be very unhappy. As for the potatoes they were grilled to complete dryness. Not quite burnt but another minute and they wouldn't be edible..I do recommend the limoncello cake although it has gone up in price. ?With all the family places to eat I move this to the bottom on the list. Better quality cooking and better prices at Ruby Tuesday.

On our recent visit to the Concordville Bertucci’s we were so pleasantly surprised to see our friend, Courtney, who we became friends with years ago at the Concord Pike location. Our server , Sue, was extremely helpful, courteous and very professional. She answered all my questions, making my choices very simple. Sue is definitely a reason I will return to this location.

$38.14 for spaghetti with no meatballs and fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp. No salad or garlic bread included. Spaghetti wasn't drained correctly and it was like eating spaghetti soup plus the " very little" spaghetti sauce they did put on it, didn't even stick because it was so watery. Never again !! I could have bought a box of spaghetti, garlic bread and Ragu for a quarter of the price!!!

Sue is an amazing, waitress, bartender, carry out and shift manager. That woman literally does it all. When she waits on us she always has a genuine smile and brings us everything we need plus extra. She really goes that extra mile and it shows.

Waiter was inattentive. He seemed to be bothered by every request. Didn't clean up any dirty dishes or napkins from a spill. We had to hand him things to get him to take them away. Cool air blowing right above our table. Music was so loud we couldn't hear the people at the other end of our table. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant so when we asked him if they could turn it down, we thought they would comply. They didn't and he never responded so we don't know if he even asked about it. The food was fine but the ambience and service spoiled the evening.

Izem Uysaler was a great take out girl. She was so polite and made sure all my food was there. Totally recommend going to her if you are just picking up food.

The only good thing about our dinner was the bread. Table for 2 at 5:00 pm on a Saturday. I should've known better when there weren't many cars in the parking lot. The place was nearly empty. We ordered our drinks and an app of garlic knots. Those were GREAT! That's where everything went downhill. After ordering, my daughter got her food. I waited about 5 minutes. Our server made their 2nd appearance of the night to tell me mine was coming right out. 20 minutes later, I finally flagged someone other than our server, down (still relatively empty) and ask about my food. Long story short, service sucked & my daughters food was tasteless. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I ordered take out on Wednesday and the take out girl Izzy was amazing. She was so kind and had great customer service. I will definitely be coming back every Wednesday if she is working!!!

Came with my girlfriend and our kids today. It was really relaxing and our waiter was very friendly and patient. I think his name was Raphael lol but he made us this nice blue wave drink. Reminds me of the flying Hawaiian at chickies and Pete’s. Overall I love that they offer pitcher options. I prefer the service here than Springfield location. Thank raphi!

I always find Bertucci's a nice place to dine. Easy to get in, great value, and never had a bad meal. This particular night, the hostess was very inviting and personable. Normally they are pleasant and welcoming, but this young lady really made you feel as though she personally appreciated you coming in to dine.

Our server Raphael was extremely rude. I went to show him that I had a coupon and he acerbically said “I have a name. It is on my name tag!” Needless to say, we left without ordering and went to Outback next door.

Super friendly service by everyone we interacted with! They also got us out in time for our tickets to Longwood Gardens. Thank you!

Of all the restaurant chains, this one is among my favorites. Never had a bad meal at any location. This location is my favorite. Always clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Please be patient though. Like ever place else, they are short on staff and they do the best they can. Food here is really good. The rolls were piping hot when served - just how you want them. Value to portion is also very good. Perfect place to stop for lunch or dinner if you are out shopping.
