Not sure if some locations just can't make Bobbies or if Capriotti's has cut quality overall. I have bought Bobbies for 20 years but this is not going in a good direction imo. The recent Bobbie's I've had have been sad, today was a low. It consisted of about 3/4 stuffing and rest was equal parts cranberry and turkey. Not worth $12.
3 stars is for the past 20 years. Today was a 1.

That fresh turkey is the best, no boring lunch meat here. Served on soft rolls with a smile. The roast beef was also amazing. Thanks, see ya soon. All the best, Jason.

The staff here can be ruff around the edges but once you get to know them they’ll open up to you and are nice. It’s always smells amazing in here when i walk in. I Love watching wrestling while I wait for my delicious hoagie !

Cap's is already one of the best hoagie places around, but their new vegetarian menu items just catapulted them to the top. This was the 1st cheese steak I've had in 5yrs and I honestly thought I was going to cry. I only wish I took a photo of it for the review before I inhaled it

It was decent for my first time. I believe the person who waited on me was new. She did good to greet me and helped. Still learning but overall good and the salad was good.

Person at the register is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. When my girlfriend had a very reasonable question he gave her the most disgusted look on his face, and then when she looked at me to clarify her question, the employee said “Don’t look at him, look at me I’m talking to you” this unprofessionalism is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. I will never be returning to this restaurant again. My first and last time stepping foot into Capriotti’s.

I order Italian hoagie their was 4 Pieces of meat on a 12 inches hoagie. I watch the Manger make my sandwich. The Manger was very disrespectful to his employee.

I placed and order for the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Requested no provolone, no slaw and no crispy cheddar onions. Clearly says that on my receipt. Get to my desk to eat, open it up and theres provolone, slaw and slaw on it. I can't eat provolone cheese or mayo (slaw), both make me very sick. This is not the first time this location has made mistakes in an order but it's the last time I'll be stuck with wasting money and not having a lunch to each. Please teach your staff how to read and follow directions.
