I placed and order for the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Requested no provolone, no slaw and no crispy cheddar onions. Clearly says that on my receipt. Get to my desk to eat, open it up and theres provolone, slaw and slaw on it. I can't eat provolone cheese or mayo (slaw), both make me very sick. This is not the first time this location has made mistakes in an order but it's the last time I'll be stuck with wasting money and not having a lunch to each. Please teach your staff how to read and follow directions.

Went in to order an Italian sandwich— I have food allergies told the cashier my allergies which was simply no cheese. I was the only person in the shop at the time and they still put cheese on the sandwich. Just complete negligence and lack of care.

This Capriotti's has friendly staff and is always very clean. All this on top of the delicious variety of sandwiches all made to order with fresh quality ingredients. Even during the lunch rush it's always quick placing your order and getting your food. Stop in for a sandwich or take some back to the office for your coworkers, you can't go wrong with Capriotti's.

Best Cheesesteaks around! Store is clean and the staff are really cool to talk too. One reccomended I try mayo on the roll and I've never ordered one without since!!

Best cheesesteak with fried onions, mushrooms and sweet & hotpeppers ~ made perfectly

Vegetarian options: Veggie turkey sandwiches are delicious.Also you may order their famous signature sandwich “Bobble”substituting the turkey for “vegetarian turkey”

Dietary restrictions: The menu includes the calories for each sandwich and salad listed & when ordering online or at the shop you may add or delete certain ingredients to customize your order ~
