my orders are always incorrect. literally left out the chicken in my chicken burrito. really? this location should be closed down and completely restaffed, especially for management.
Georgette should have stayed home today. So terribly rude! I work in the area, and come in a lot. They are typically out of stuff, but customer service is usually decent. As soon as I stepped back in the store with my messed up order she starts yelling. But hadn't bothered to greet me when I initially picked my order up. I have had horrific experiences time after time at this wretched location.
The staff is consistently and unapologetically incompetent, and, worse than that, indifferent in regards to the level of customer service, food quality and cleanliness. In addition, they are constantly out of food; not due to any issue in the supply chain, but because of negligence and poor management.
