Ordered food here yesterday and they said they were out of fajita veggies. I asked if they are permanently out and they said they would have them tomorrow. The fajita veggies are one of my favorite things to get at chipotle, so I was greatly disappointed. The staff were not friendly at all. I was surprised they were not batch cooking when things were running low like I see at other Chipotle establishments. This location doesn’t seem like there is a manager.

I love Chipotle and I have given this location a few tries but it somehow keeps getting worse. Today they had no veggies, no corn tacos, several fountain sodas out of syrup and the fountain juice completely empty, several huge spills in the restaurant and there isn’t even a line and no mobile orders. I tried to order hard tacos and a kids quesadilla and they fried flour tacos in the oil instead of corn which contaminated the oil all the chips are made in. I have celiac disease so this was particularly alarming as Chipotle is generally a place I feel safe eating. When I ordered there were two people behind me. Only one person was making orders and ringing people up while five people were in the back. The poor people behind me had to wait 20 minutes to order while they fried flour tortillas for hard tacos. I had to switch to a rice bowl after all that and there was a fly sitting on it as they were making the quesadilla which was only heated up for ten seconds. This place is so poorly managed I really recommend avoiding eating here.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle last night, and mad that my husband wanted Chipotle. I wanted Cava. I told him I especially didn't want to go to chipotle because their reviews were really bad and we probably wouldn't have a good experience, and he convinced me that it's probably just because only people with bad experiences review and none of the good experiences are posted. Well, this couldn't be further from the truth. This place is really bad.So first, I pull up to chipotle and I noticed that the line is pretty long, not anything outrageous probably like 10 people in line, 5 couples. So I figured I'd be better off ordering online and waiting the 10 minutes they usually have you wait. So I ordered and was given a pick up time of 8 PM, 10 minutes from when I ordered. I walked in at 8:05, and there are no pick up orders on the rack. There was like five people waiting by the pick up rack so I knew they were all waiting for pick up orders. You could tell they were incredibly understaffed, because there was only four people there. One person cooking, one person preparing the food for the people in line, one person at the register, and one person preparing the pick up orders. After waiting 15 minutes so at like 8:20 PM, I asked about my order because I had seen her give out all of the orders to the people that were waiting before I walked in and she said she would check on it. Another 15 minutes later, I finally get my order. So in total I waited 40 minutes for my food to get done which is absolutely ridiculous. I would get served at a restaurant faster.You would think that that part of the experience would've been the worst part, but honestly, I probably wouldn't even have wrote this review if it wasn't for what happened next. When I finally get home and open our food, everything was wrong they had the wrong meat and the wrong ingredients like putting things that I didn't ask for in my bowl, same with my husband's bowl. They gave him things he didn't ask for one of which being corn, which he is allergic to. Thank God he noticed the corn was in there or we would've had a hospital visit also. The only order that was right was my aunts but after spending $45 on three meals $30 of it was completely wasted. I couldn't eat my meal because they put ingredients in that I do not like at all and my husband couldn't eat his meal because he would ended up in the hospital. Like I would've been OK if the food was right. I understand that people get behind and being understaffed but definitely can't understand my order being completely wrong. It's just ridiculous and I honestly don't think I should have had to pay for any of that. I would definitely not suggest going to THIS chipotle until they really get their act together.

This place is just absolutely horrible. There’s never enough staffing. The food is bad and not made right. You can’t online order without waiting at least 30 minutes. This chipotle gives all chipotles a bad name.

I love Chipotle, but this location is very hit or miss and more often than not a miss and in severe decline. I’ve been here a ton of times over the years and basically in the past two years, it’s gotten pretty bad here. I’d say 1 out of 5 visits are really good, the other 4 are bad experiences usually because of a severe lack of professionalism from the staff or frequently being out of a significant number of times. Not all shifts are bad, but it seems like a majority of the time they are very understaffed and in severe need of a manager to help keep things consistent. Not sure why this Chipotle seems to be struggling so much and I hope to see improvements going forward.

This Chipotle is not particularly good. The Guac always looks brown, and the restaurant itself is pretty dirty. Service is also not great.

The floor, tables and counters, the beverage station and the men’s room were all dirty. Like, “sticky and gross” dirty, not just “someone just got up and there’s some crumbs” dirty, though there was that too.Staff was friendly and good tastes like all chipotle tastes. But don’t plan to eat there …

I love Chipotle, but this location has got to be the WORST one in the entire tri-state area.I have returned to this location a good number of times hoping for some kind of improvement, but it only ever seems to get worse. No matter what time or day I go, they never have anything ready and are ALWAYS completely out of at least 1 or more ingredients I want for my order. Even the one time they had all the food I wanted, the soda machine was broken. I have never once gotten exactly what I wanted from this store.Tonight, I walked out with no food because when I arrived there was barely a scoop of white rice, no black beans, and only carnitas remaining for protein. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for any of my desired items to hit the line.The staff here are poorly trained, unhygienic, rude, and on more than a few of my visits, some of the individuals have been OBVIOUSLY HIGH.One time, when the employee making my order asked me what meat I wanted, I said "steak". He made direct eye contact with me and repeated "steak, gotcha" back to me, and then immediately proceeded to put a scoop of chicken in my bowl.The restaurant is always visibly dirty from top to bottom, so I never dine in. I shudder to think what the restrooms look like.The point-of-sale system is out of order on a frequent basis, forcing ALL customers to place online orders and further lengthening the already painful process of getting food from this place.NONE of the other Chipotle locations I go to ever have any of these problems. It's literally just this one, which leads me to believe that the blame rests entirely on the incompetence and negligence of the staff.Whoever runs this location is clearly cutting corners wherever possible, especially in regards to ordering supplies as well as the hiring process.I will not be patronizing this particular Chipotle again unless I receive proof that something has been done about these issues.

Got there when it opened today and most tables were dirty. How is that possible?!?! The staff are very nice but understaffed. No cups to pour Tabasco sauce. Overall the restaurant was really dirty. This location really feels undermanaged by someone who’s aggressively cost cutting at the expense of the consumer. I won’t be going back.

The place was disgusting, tables weren't cleaned, prep top wasn't clean, very unorganized staff. Refused to sell chips to anyone in the restaurant said they were for online orders only! Horrible service!
