They rushed you, and you could not take my time at all. It was my first time ever there, and they said now I don’t have time for this. And I know that it was late in the day, but they still should have treated me with kindness and not been rude.
Ordered a veggie bowl. The staff did not change his glove which he used when making the last chicken meal. The lid was smeared with the meat stains from last serving. There were hardly any forks in the counter, when asked, they found they dont have forks in the entire store and offered one spoon instead. First time, I am having such a bad experience at any Chipotle in the US. It was only 9.30 pm, they told they are closing for the day and packed my food to go.
Excited about this new location but disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. For a newly opened restaurant, some effort to clean the tables between guests is not unreasonable. No table was without some sticky residue or pieces of food. Perhaps you could provide something to use for guests who prefer to clean their own tables.
