Poor service at this Chipotle location. Fountain drinks were not set up (hours after opening) and interactions are as though customers are a nuisance. Food is what you expect from a Chipotle.
This place seems to be understaffed. The evening we went, one lady was running the show and wearing ALL the hats. While she was making my bowl 4 employees needed her assistance including the cashier. Our food was as expected, no issue there. It was all a little confusing with the service. We would go back and give it another shot.
Okay I love this place and it’s always delicious but I’ve been noticing the quality hasn’t been the best lately. I ordered a bowl w guac (which is extra charge) and there were really hard chunks of avocado in my bowl. I’m guessing they used an avocado that wasn’t ripe enough to make guac. Kinda disappointing.
