NOV. 2024 This location is temporarily closed for renovations (sign on door). Google has them showing as open for business. I wouldn't want anyone to specifically go there & find out that way.
Trash customer service. I ordered fries for almost $4 and got a kiddie portion. The waitress put in another order and came back with the same thing. When I asked for a refund they stated my refund will be back on my card in 3-5 business days & couldn’t provide a receipt referencing the refunded amount. Poor customer service, trash food, unsanitary dining, do better, won’t be back

This IHop in Glenn Mills is one I won’t ever be coming back to. I suggest you pick somewhere else to have breakfast. Short version: arrived at 9.15, food arrived few minutes before 10am. Long version: seating took long time, waited for the sign (wait here to be seated) for few mins, and it was almost empty (I know why now). Once seated it took forever for someone to come over just for drinks. We should have left after this to be honest. We overheard two other couples complaining about the long wait times, and one of those couples went behind the little entrance desk to grab her utensils. She had food but no utensils. After that the only waiter passed our table whilst on the phone having a heated conversation:’ insert swearing here… are you talkin’ ‘bout…’. Wonderful. We got seated in a booth where the seat was ripped up and the foam filler was coming out. I paid $49 for two orange juices and 2 omelettes. Never again. Shut this place down please or get some proper management and staff. What a ripoff.
Update 10/21: received an email from IHOP Guest relations, I was excited to see that they followed up. That email stated that the location manager would contact me within few business days (4 days). Of course that call was NOT made, this IHOP location lacks any form of accountability and customer management. If I could take one star off I would.

Food was ok.. service was unprofessional at best. We arrived around 11am on a Saturday and waited 10 minutes before someone came to seat us, we're told it'll be 5-10 minute wait despite only about 60% of the tables being occupied, ended up waiting another 15 minutes. It didn't seem like we had any one waiter/waitress there were 4 And none of them knew what the others were doing, one was wearing slippers another had air pods in her ears(really?!?).. we had to ask for everything and multiple times including just getting silverware once when we got coffee(to stir and never got) then again after food was put on table.

Notice how every good review is from several years ago. The staff at this restaurant are probably in the back smoking weed which is why service takes so long and the employees along with the manager are so dumb and the food is so terrible.

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15-20 min to Delaware because every aspect of this restaurant is horrible. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

Employees do not refill drinks when empty. You don’t really even have a server when here. They automatically add gratuity to every check because they know no one is tipping. Male employees and the manager get very emotional when confronted about service. DO NOT COME HERE.

This is probably the worst restaurant I've ever been too. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are clearly understaffed and that shows. Extremely long wait times just to get burnt food. I've tried them twice because I believe in 2nd chances, but the lack of customer service has completely turned me off. I will never be back there again. They have put a bad name on IHOP. Turning point or first watch will be my first choice going forward. Don't waste your time or money. Trust me

Our first visit in more than 10 years. Our waitress, Cadence, was outstanding. Food arrived quickly, and food was tasty.

Yikes. Won't be going back. Sticky floors, busted booth seats with foam padding spilling out. Soda was flat. Got charged $2.39 for a very small kids juice after being told it was included in the kids meal price. Very thin sad bacon. French toast was good and pancakes were decent. Eggs were fine. The music was Eminem and similar artists, which was fine but kind of a weird ambiance for an Ihop. This place seems depressed and overpriced imo.
