When approached by this customer, your staff knew the rules (the dog is allowed) and handled the customer very professionally. They are to be commended! Thank you. “I have always loved playa bowls and always will!! Everything is delicious and they have so many options. The only reason for the 4 star review is because today I had a staple in my bowl :( the bag was closed with a sticker so I’m not sure how a staple got into my bowl“

The younger lady behind the counter has consistently seemed irritated and rude every time I visited (months apart).
