So good!
Once again, great experience. I'm vegetarian and asked for the miso ramen with veggie broth and it was delicious. Also can't recommend the sweet potato sushi enough!
Update: they forget the ginger sauce for the vegan poke bowl almost every single time we get takeout from there 😞

Mino Sushi & Ramen is a restaurant with incredible sashimi and sushi, high quality and fresh fish. The food is absolutely delicious, with every roll packed with flavor. The Phoenix Roll, salmon nigiri, mino tempura roll, and fantasy roll are specifically mentioned. The chicken hibachi is also a favorite. The service is friendly, fast, welcoming, and attentive, even during a busy restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely and makes the whole experience better. It is easily one of the best sushi spots, the highest quality by far. The honey miso sauce is a subtle, nice complement. This is a new favorite place that has demolished the ability to order Chinese food. Highly recommended.
