Came at the end of a busy day on a Saturday, half an hour before closing time. We ordered a bunch of items, and were informed a few minutes later by our server that a couple of things were unavailable. This was not a problem (again, the end of a Saturday, and on Black Friday weekend); we switched our order (which ended up being great - the Rosemary olive oil bagels are DELICIOUS!) Our server (don’t know her name), completely unprompted, provided us a $10 gift card as an (unnecessary)...

I had a great experience at this location today. I especially want to mention the woman at the register. I think her name was Samantha, apologies if that’s incorrect, I should have wrote it down. She offered really great customer service and felt super genuine as a person, which truly made me want to return.

If I’m craving a breakfast sandwich this is where I go. Great service and amazing food. Love getting their lattes too. Their employees know what they are doing. I’ll wake up earlier just to drive out of my way before work to snag one. Always makes for a great start to my day.
