Food was amazing. I had the crème brûlée waffle and I can honestly say it was the best waffle
I have ever had in my life. I also had the s’mores latte and I must say that was also a huge hit.
The staff as well was so friendly and accommodating.

We had breakfast at Avenue Kitchen and had a great experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is very nice. Special shoutout to our server Jaeden. It was his first day and he did a great job.

Avenue Kitchen offers solid food in a bright atmosphere that is perfect for family gatherings. The chicken sandwich and BLT remain popular choices, with breakfast options like the short rib hash and the Carmel Apple French toast attracting many families and diners. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and friendly servers, contributing to a relaxed, resort-like experience. The atmosphere is very cute and the space is super cute. The ambiance is light and airy. The staff was really nice and attentive. The food was wonderful and the home fries are unlike anything I've had before. The creme brûlée waffles are to die for. I haven't had anything for lunch or dinner that I didn't like. They have milk alternatives like oat milk and almond milk for coffee. Seating is comfortable and there was zero wait. Parking is okay. The prices are reasonable and give value for your money.
