Not authentic and the pork belly ramen (both broth and meat) were subpar compared to other ramen places. The dining area could be cleaner as there are stains on the benches.
Food is overpriced for what you get considering quality and taste. Service not as attentive as other establishments. Disappointing experience.
I had the beef ramen and green milk tea and omg it was so good. the seating area was also cozy and the service was great. highly recommend.
I live in Rochester NY and this is my favorite restaurant. I go to the one in college town or in Henrietta. The food is outstanding! I can have my rice bowls and teas any way I want them. The ingredients are always fresh and cold, and taste perfect!

Ordered Ramen, which is described on the menu as having a pork bone broth. For some reason they served it with a miso broth, so my kids wouldn't eat it. Not only did they not replace it, and not offer to refund it, when I ordered some rice and dumplings to at least give my kids *something*, they took 20 minutes to have it ready. They were also *incredibly* rude about the entire thing. Not coming back.
Oh how much I loved the food there place is nice, food is great, and awesome service! Really recommend to eat here for lunch or dinner

I really like the Chicken Rice Bowl from Taichi - it’s reasonably priced and you get a ton of meat. They also got online ordering on their website so you can place pickup orders without using delivery apps.

Cute and lovely place! First time eating here and the food was AMAZING. The brown sugar bubble tea is also a must at Taichi.

Sucked badly. Overly greasy gyoza & awful boba with no sweetener or milk & no offer to remediate after my politely expressing displeasure & disappointment in taste & texture of food & drink.
