Franks Pizza and Chicken

Very fast and efficient with their food service! They will greet everyone that comes into the door and acknowledge them! They will use their manners to customers! The buffalo chicken was a personal one small 4 slice with loaded with flavor especially dipping into their homemade ranch! 😋😋 Always enjoy them so much and will return for further purchases thanks you guys!! I love there buffalo chicken pizza. I am a big huge fan of Franks. I think staff are very nice and ranch is so so good. There own fancy company. And I am just a huge big fan! LOVE YOU FRANKS! I am a kid so I just love spicy stuff.

Just ordered wings from this place and they arrived big nasty rubbery drums. Oh my god they're so rubbery. I've never seen anything like this before. They're so rubbery it's almost as though they were microwaved. Not edible at all due to choking hazard.

Their pizza is fine. We only get it because it's one of the few places open on Sunday. Unfortunately when we get delivery, they are always 30 to 45 min later than they say. This happens every time. Expect to wait 50% longer for your delivery than they say on the phone. If it's going to take 1.5 hours, thats just just say that instead of 45 minutes.

I wouldn't be writing this review if it didn't happen every time.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and there was a giant bone in one of the pieces of chicken, could have killed me. I won't be back

Ordered pizzas to be delivered, 1.5 hrs later I called and asked if my order was coming. The boy said oh I thought was pick up. Why the hell would you ask for my address if it was pickup? He asked if I wanted a new order and said it would be another hr, I said no thanks and he hung up on me. Thanks for helping me go to Gino Brother's from now on

I order here frequently mostly because they are close to home. I normally order my usual Buffalo Chicken roll, this time decided to go with the buffalo chicken pizza. That’s all I got. Paid for extra chicken because they never put a decent amount on in the first place. I ordered at 2:23 and didn’t get my pizza till 4:00. So yeah obviously my pizza wasn’t hot. Was starving so just reheated. But even paying for extra chicken it still looked like a normal one should. The pizza used to be bomb when I was younger. Definitely not as good as it used to be. I remember there being some sauce/hot sauce on the actual pizza, now it seems like only sauce is on the chicken and then cheese. So it was pretty dry. I’ll stick with my usual roll from here on. It’s hot saucy and stuffed with chicken.

Aug. 28 2024 4:00 pm, Italian Hoagie was burnt, with no Italian dressing on it, I threw it away, 14 bucks down the Drain. pissed off , what's the sense calling or going back, I home and it's 93 degrees out. .

Great pizza and even better service! The staff is very nice and takes great care of their customers. Great for take out. Remember customers convenience is key! Plenty of convenience with take out or delivery pizza and more!

Hands down one of my very favorite pizza places in Pittsburgh. They're buffalo chicken pizza and homemade ranch are definitely a must try! They sell their ranch by bottles too! The service is always great, the staff is always nice, I literally don't have anything bad to say. I go out of my way to come here because I trust them and love supporting them.
