After deadlifting sets of 405lb today, I said to my wife, "we need to find some serious food, I am outrageously hungry." She was famished for similar reasons. Food is great. I moved out this way from southside where there are a few Greek/gyro places and the Greek Shop blows them out of the water. Check them out if you haven't already
There is really only one element to this place that is absolutely great: that is the portion. Truly, everything is huge at this place! The baklava I got could have easily been 4 maybe even 5 oz. And the spanakopita I ordered (only the half portion!) was equally large and served with plenty of vegetables. Even though I had the intention of try galaktoboureko, they were out of it. Thats why I ended but with baklava.However, their huge portions cannot save the food's quality....
