Place is terrible. Nobody in the place, nobody at the drive thru—25 minute wait after arriving for an online order that I waited 10 mins to leave for hahahaha. Crazy McLazy

Always friendly and I don't think I've had an incorrect order here. I usually go just for coffee but the coffee and food is the same you'd expect at any other McDonads.

Excelllent for a McDs. In and out of the Drive-Thru in under 5 minutes. This is how every McDs experience should be. Staff was courteous, professional and efficient. Food was decent. No half asleep Zombies who mumble and grumble indistinctly. No 20 minute wait for a burger and fries. Burger was good, soft and intact and not smashed or petrified, fries were not cold or extremely stale. Nuggets tasted normal, weren't rock hard and did not taste like dish soap or cleaning products. Some McDonalds have these problems. This one does not. It was a great experience of what you'd expect of a well run McDonalds.

Not sure if theyre incompetent of fulfilling orders properly or if they purposely not provide all of your food items to save money for the business or so they could eat it themselves... but this McDonald's messes up orders more than the amount of times the Ice cream machine is broken.

This McDonalds SUCKS. The food is never fresh or hot it seems like it sits in those trays all day long so they don’t have to make anything fresh.. they advertise the monopoly but they NEVER have it on the food or the drinks… the only thing good about this place is its right off route 8 and is convenient that’s it..
As you can see by all of the poor reviews, I would recommend not going to this establishment. The management team is very rude and will swear at you and think it’s funny.

I pulled up to the drive through window, and I asked what the total was.She would not tell me but took my card.I asked three times while she ran the card and she would not tell me. Finally, she hands me the card back and I say, what was the total?And she gives it to me, and I say, that's not correct.Can I see the receipt?Which she also did not want to give me. So she did, and I said, this is not my order.I only ordered two. And the lady shrugged her shoulders and said, wow, this is what we entered. I handed her my card back and said.Well, can you refund me for the other sandwich?I don't want it here is my card.And she refused. It's bad enough, however, priced.This is, and it's bad enough.How bad the food is?It would be nice if I was at least treated well.
I spoke with the manager.He did not seem to care.I absolutely will never be back to this mcdonald's not that they care.
