Absolutely terrible experience. They got the order wrong 3 times. I pulled up to the drive through window, and I asked what the total was.She would not tell me but took my card.I asked three times while she ran the card and she would not tell me. Finally, she hands me the card back and I say, what was the total? And she gives it to me, and I say, that's not correct. Can I see the receipt?Which she also did not want to give me. So she did, and I said, this is not my order.I only ordered two. And the lady shrugged her shoulders and said, wow, this is what we entered. I handed her my card back and said.Well, can you refund me for the other sandwich?I don't want it here is my card. And she refused. It's bad enough, however, priced. This is, and it's bad enough. How bad the food is?It would be nice if I was at least treated well.

I spoke with the manager. He did not seem to care.I absolutely will never be back to this mcdonald's not that they care.

Visited on 08/01 at 9:30 P.M. I was met with surprisingly poor customer service. I politely asked for the sauces that were missing from our order—these were supposed to be included with our meals. The staff member informed me they would cost 25 cents, despite them being part of the meal. I even checked the trash to ensure they hadn’t been overlooked. When I raised this respectfully, she replied, “I’m not going to argue with you, they were in the bags,” in a dismissive tone.

As someone who works in customer service, I understand how demanding the job can be—but courtesy should never be optional. The woman in the dark blue shirt was unnecessarily rude, and her attitude reflected poorly on the establishment. She should be fired immediately.

Cold and dry filet of fish. Awful!
Fries were good.

My food was lukewarm (-1 star 'food') and the fries had a texture and temperature suggesting they were under the heat lamp outside of their (policy) time frame to provide to customers.
The cashier was friendly and the food delivered (2nd window) was very polite. Great service! They could have changed the batch of fries and made the fish sandwich when I ordered it (-1 star 'food').
I went through the drive thru, so atmosphere did not warrant a review. That's all folks!

As of 6/20/25, they have not salted their fries for the past month. Called to complain, got lied to about it. As a manager myself, this is completely unacceptable. Each order should be made correctly the first time. Period, end of story. I don't want excuses. I want people to do their jobs, especially when you're getting paid as much as you are now. 🤦‍♂️

It's Mcdonalds. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it isn't. Staff is friendly anyway.
