Babalouie BBQ truck was at work for lunch yesterday. The brisket sandwich is out of this world delicious and the portion was generous enough to have leftovers the next day.
The best thanksgiving meal I’ve ever had. See you at X-mas. Brisket that doesn’t need sauce. Stuffing and Mac n chs that blew my mind. Corn bread that I have to stop myself from eating. It’s so good I could eat just that for a meal. Wow. Thank you very much. Really made our work holiday great
Had the brisket platter at the Glenside Food Truck event yesterday. Sides of collards and Cole slaw. Delicious! I assumed the cole slaw would be creamy but pleasantly surprised -and happy- that it was the creamy style. Maybe the menu explained that but I stopped at Cole slaw. Will definitely be having the brisket again!
