I just witnessed a customer returning a pretzel because it was too hard and the employee took that pretzel and put it back in the case with the other pretzels. I would come back to that location and the employee should be terminated.

Walked approximately 710th of a mile with family for a nice stroll , got gelatis, then walked 710th of a mile back home....of course both ways were up hill. �
