Had good experiences there pre-covid.
It appears they're understaffed. My past several experiences have resulted in extremely long waits for beer at the downstairs bar and food as well. Just seems a little unorganized

Arcade is fun, food is decent, I really enjoy the pool tables. My friend won the stacker game!

I have crossed this place many times but never been inside. One day I went there for an office party. Surprisingly it is good. Well received by staffs. Well maintained. No complaints.

Good selection of games and other activities

Absolutely horrible. They should have kept this place closed. I went there years ago. And it had a happening place. Was there with family and it was absolutely horrible. The place was a ghost town. And I know why. The place is extremely dirty and run down. The food was absolutely horrible. There was only 2 employees in the whole place. The bowling alleys didn't work yet we paid 3 times the amount of an average bowling alley. 6 bucks for a cheap pint of beer during happy hour. Overall I give it a 1 . I definitely won't be back . Don't waste your time or money going to this dump.

Half the arcade machines are not working, and the others are overpriced, which I feel like the arcade games are half the appeal of this place. Unfortunately looks like it's going out of business, which is sad since it's a unique business idea and sizable place.

It once was a thriving arcade, but the basketball and footballs are deflated for their respective games, and half of the games are out of order. It's good if you want to have a bar and shoot pool or bowl, but the arcade is dead.

Bowling experience was poor overall. Rental shoes do not slide to the foul line, and were designed to stick to the lane surface. Almost impossible to bowl normally with provided equipment.

Atmosphere and game selection is really good.

Will never go back! There's a large # of machines that don't work and seem to never be fixed. Some machines kick out tickets, other do not!! The restaurant downstairs is pathetic!! Only patrons there and it took forever to get hotdogs and chicken fingers, plus prices are totally insane!!! Honestly don't know how they stay in business!!

This is probably just me being annoying but I like to go throw darts and have been looking for a place to play. I go in to start a remote game and it says “the machine is not set up for remote play.” Which sucks when you already put a dollar in.

Cool place...an update would be nice...

Just awful. NEVER eat here. Everything is low quality, and the drinks are wayyy overpriced. 1990s drink list and still had Sam Adams cold snap on tap in AUGUST! I'm not drinking any drafts here, and you shouldn't either. Wings were subpar, tiny, overcooked, soggy, and drowning in sauce one dozen $22. No celery. What was I thinking ordering a grilled turkey sandwich? They literally grilled a cold cut and put it on stale bread. Old fryer oil taste on the fries. Out of pickles. They are canned! Seriously, who runs out of pickles??? Staff looks miserable. Place was a ghost town. No surprise there. Kids thought it sucked also. Total shame. I try not to leave bad reviews, but this one was necessary.

I MISS THIS PLACE! I still get that feeling of nostalgia as I look at the classic games, the arcade carpets, the modest but still magical prize area... then I see sad sights of fading games and scarce parking lots and I am reminded places like these aren't meant to last. A caring hand tending to this place would be a dream come true, and I still stand by its wonder even as an adult. The pool tables are a lovely touch on top of the nice menu, just be prepared to wait a bit. If you have kids, refrain from visiting, you may leave with disappointed faces in not seeing every game lit up and functioning. But if you and your friends want a drink and pool tables, or to relive 2000-2015 nostalgia, I implore you, support them. ?

The service was awful. The place was nearly empty and the service was slow. Waited an hour for chicken fingers and fries. The bartender kept leaving the bar and going upstairs so when we needed something, no one was around to get it. We went over to the bowling kiosk and no one was there. Had to run upstairs to ask the guy to help us. After 2 games, we wanted to play some games in the arcade but we stood there waiting for 20 mins while the guy counted tickets and waited for kids to decide what they wanted. Not enough help in the place, staff was slow. The prices for food and drinks are also insane. I could go to a much nicer restaurant and spend less money.

Went bowling there on a Sunday evening recently and it was pretty terrible. A guy who appeared to be a manager was fairly friendly, the guy handing out shoes didn't seem to want o be there, $50 per hour for a lane seemed a bit high, but we got two lanes for the eight of us, ages 18 to 58. Started off good, we were having fun but after about 20 minutes, both of our lanes (#5 & 6) began to malfunction in a variety of ways. We had to get the uninterested guy or the manager to fix them, which they did, but we probably lost 15-20 minutes of play time in each lane. So I asked the manager politely if he could comp us a game, to which he replied, "I will give you an extra 8 minutes in each lane so you can finish the games." Won't be going back for sure.
