Nice place
It's a good family atmosphere. The night lights for the glow bowl are always a fun time. A very relaxed place to hang out and to enjoy some entertainment for a night out
I loved the actual pinball machine they have, I have seen the actual physical pin ball game for first time here.
Wonderful service and good prices not over crowded
I haven't been here for about 5 years, decided to give it a shot tonight to grab drinks and go bowling. We, group of 5, walked downstairs and sat at a booth. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I walked over to the bowling counter and asked if we were supposed to order at the bar or upstairs. They told us a server would be over to us eventually.
Our server came over, gave us menus, and walked away. We ordered food, drinks, and bar drinks at the same time and waited another 20 minutes to our drinks.
We got cups of water without straws and the rims of the cups looked chewed up & chipped. Asked for straws, got them 5 minutes before we decided to leave (an hour later).
Here's where it gets fun. We ordered a Heineken draft, a frozen cocktail ($10), a mixed cocktail ($12), and two Leinenkugel Shandys. The mixed drink, Skittle Cocktail, was actually good. We got the frozen cocktail it was melted, separated, and primarily water/ice. The Heineken was beyond flat, stale, warm, and definitely sat in the keg for a long time. Shandy bottles came out nice and cold but...
Expired in December 2024.
After waiting an hour for food, our orders were completely wrong. Traditional wings for boneless. Missing sides. Completely wrong food. I went up to the bar to get napkins because we never got silverware or anything, the bartender quite literally ignored me and continued to make a drink. Didn't look up or say anything to me as I was standing there. I had to grab ANOTHER bartender and ask for napkins because our server went MIA. He grabbed the largest stack of napkins and handed them to me with a loveeely attitude. After that, we decided it was time to go.
We got our checks, and left. Luckily the server took 3/5 drinks off our checks, or else we all would've spent close to $50 each on terrible dinner. Our food, despite being wrong was okay. But the fear of food poisoning with already having expired beer was enough to lose our appetites.
I'll give the server the benefit of the doubt because there was 2 parties and she seemed to be the only one working, but she really didn't pay much mind to us.
Safe to say we won't be going back unless there's some major changes, might need to ring up John Taffer to save this place.
It’s so cute and chill here . The people that work there are super amazing and sweet. I came here with my husband for my birthday tonight and enjoyed every bit of it. The drinks were so good and didn’t taste like alcohol it was easy to drink it gave juice but once it hit it hit lol. Great music!!! Will definitely be coming back.
This was our 1st time at this environment, and we had a good time. The group we were with all work on the 'server' end of the spectrum, and everything was good! The crew behind the bar were courteous and punctual. We will definitely be returning for more fun!
Not only is this place expensive , we had to wait 30 minutes for a server and then an additional 45 minutes for fries!!! We wanted the cancel the order but the manager was trying to defend themselves by saying they had 16 orders ahead of us… don’t all restaurants? Do Not Go Here!!!!
Had good experiences there pre-covid.
It appears they're understaffed. My past several experiences have resulted in extremely long waits for beer at the downstairs bar and food as well. Just seems a little unorganized
Arcade is fun, food is decent, I really enjoy the pool tables. My friend won the stacker game!

I have crossed this place many times but never been inside. One day I went there for an office party. Surprisingly it is good. Well received by staffs. Well maintained. No complaints.
Good selection of games and other activities
Absolutely horrible. They should have kept this place closed. I went there years ago. And it had a happening place. Was there with family and it was absolutely horrible. The place was a ghost town. And I know why. The place is extremely dirty and run down. The food was absolutely horrible. There was only 2 employees in the whole place. The bowling alleys didn't work yet we paid 3 times the amount of an average bowling alley. 6 bucks for a cheap pint of beer during happy hour. Overall I give it a 1 . I definitely won't be back . Don't waste your time or money going to this dump.
Half the arcade machines are not working, and the others are overpriced, which I feel like the arcade games are half the appeal of this place. Unfortunately looks like it's going out of business, which is sad since it's a unique business idea and sizable place.
It once was a thriving arcade, but the basketball and footballs are deflated for their respective games, and half of the games are out of order. It's good if you want to have a bar and shoot pool or bowl, but the arcade is dead.
