“1st enjoyed dining here on recommendation few years ago. Absolutely loved everything about this place. When we want a special place, we gather our family and join you again. The atmosphere is very comfortable, although I was fond of the pre-renovation decor. Love that the space is not overpacked with tables and each setting has room. We have had the BEST servers each time. Portions are very large, fresh made pasta, the best ever warm dinner rolls, amazing desserts. We have enjoyed many of your dishes but your Signature has to be the Incredible Seafood Pizza! We order it as an appetizer and even order one to take home. We have moved away but when we visit, your restaurant is on our list of must do while in area. While I know we will spend a lot, I definitely feel it is worth it. Keep doing what you do!!!!”

“I'm giving a 5 star because of the people & the atmosphere. Also the lightest BEST quiche and delicious Shepherds pie!! The pastries are delicious as well...For someone who is big on hospitality, every time I go in here it feels like a welcoming neighborhood gathering Spot. At the counter, you are always welcomed by a polite hello or good morning from Kathy and Alan the chef, will often times come out to the front to greet customers as well. You just can't find that small town mannerly service many places anymore. Friday night dinners are posted on Thursday in the store and you have to call ahead to order one and get a time slot. if you're looking for that small town feel where it seems like everybody knows everyone then I highly recommend Paulette's.”

“Was a little disappointed in the pork belly, it seemed to not have been cooked long enough as it was tough. The classic short ribs were however perfection.Ambiance is wonderful, with a very cozy atmosphere. Reservations recommended!! A bit pricey, but when they get it right it is certainly worth it.”

“This place is such a gem. There are four Mexican restaurants in my town and I go out of town to eat here. The food is authentic, made from scratch, using high quality ingredients. The quality of the meat is always excellent, and that is lacking at the some of the restaurants in my town. The portions are very generous for the price. The family that owns this business is also part of the allure, it’s a scratch kitchen and a mother and daughter run the show and they are EXCELLENT. There’s a lot of love in this little place and I am so thankful they are here.”

I was greeted with a bright-eyed smile by Sara, and when she recognized my trials- she offered a hug & prayers. I won’t soon forget that! “Found this Italian gem last night for the first time. Loved the food, music, and decor. Food is very authentic and for those that are trying to eat more light you can get almost any pasta dish with broccoli . There are also non pasta selections like steak on the menu . Absolutely delicious! The owner Tony is a very great chef and host! We will be back many times over. I will also promote this gem across local FB as there are probably others like us that are nearby and never new Spring Grove had such treasure❤️”

They are so helpful and informative when choosing a wine or cider to enjoy. We have been there three times since February and if we lived closer it would be much more often! Open Face Turkey Sandwich reminded me of my mom's and my wife loved the Reuben. Keeping my eyes peeled to see when meatloaf is on the menu because I bet it's dynamite.”

“A friend and I went to eat here on a Tuesday for lunch. It was very full indicating that the service and food must be great. We waited only about 5 minutes to be seated. We received our menus, orders our drinks and food, and only had to wait 15 or so minutes on the food to be made. Fast friendly service for how busy the place was. Good food as well. Recommended.”

“Jalapenos Mexican Grill is a surprisingly pleasant discovery in the area. The food is great depending on what you like. I think the burritos are the best choice I've made so far. I typically order with extra meat to fill it out fat! The chimichangas are likely good for those who prefer them, but I wasn't a fan of the fried taste. My son likes the tacos, but I think they're a little pricey and not loaded with all the things I would like. I have not yet tried the Peruvian specialties, but I hear they're great. The service is great - not perfect - but they make every attempt to serve you well. I had a problem with my order - once - and they were eager to correct it at no charge. Store is immaculately clean which tells me they definitely focus on all of the details that make for a quality establishment all around. Go get you some!!!”

“Great place to eat! I'm grateful they opened up in Jacobus, as there really isn't much (other than pizza) to eat around here. The family that runs the business are very friendly. Food was delicious, priced well, and was served quickly. Restaurant is very clean and spacious. There is also ample parking.”

“I stopped for a small dish of ice cream with cookie dough. The ice cream wasnt as good as I remembered. Ice cream was not as solid and creamy and was more on the watery side and the dough balls were stale tasting. I was very surprised as their ice cream is what always had us coming there.”

“We have been coming to this winery since its beginning. I have a treasured piece of jewelry which I purchased years ago from an artist that has since gone on to Heaven. We usually stop for a bottle of wine & charcuterie board at different seasons & sit on the porch. Today we partook of the " For the Love of a Franc" event. The actual event is scheduled hourly. We decided to remain in the outer area to continue to enjoy our wines & food pairings. We left the eventwith a bottle of each vintage 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015. My favorite was 1014. A lovely dry with a quick yet powerful finish without the lingering of most dry Francs. Please give this quaint & friendly winery a visit. You will NOT be disappointed!”

“It's a walk up window service ice cream shop. I know the owner, he is a top quality guy. The ice cream is excellent and as a result so are the milkshakes. My wife likes the giant snowballs, they have a literal wall of flavors to choose from. Old school candy, colorful store front, and they take credit cards/tap/apple pay.”

“This was our first time here since the new owner took over. The reviews were mixed, so we took a chance. I am so glad we did. The subs we ordered were over the top, full of meat, and very flavorful, especially with the smoked bacon added.We also ordered the fried mushrooms, originally thinking they were expensive, but once we received the order, the order was more family sized, and the marana sauce served with it was very flavorful.I highly recommend thus place”

“MJ’s Café is a small, cozy restaurant near the intersection of Highways 27 and 30 in Manchester Maryland. The food on the menu is all home-cooked comfort food and is delicious. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs and we never had to wait for anything we needed. This is a great place to grab a delicious and expensive bite to eat.”
