I was greeted with a bright-eyed smile by Sara, and when she recognized my trials- she offered a hug & prayers. I won’t soon forget that! “Small Town Sweets by Desiree, is a Local owned and operated bakery in the Stewartstown area. The owner is always very friendly and helpful. Her bakery is truly a slice of heaven and all of the pastries, cakes, and treats that look like a work of art, are beautiful and delicious.She has been incredibly accommodating from the beginning. Even with having Celiacs Disease, she has gone above and beyond with recommendations, suggestions, and being wholly receptive to going the extra mile to ensure we can all equally enjoy delicious treats. What's even better is a few years ago when inquiring with Desiree, she had informed me that Macaroons are made with Almond Flour. Which was a fact that I have not previously been privy of, but thanks to her knowledge, I now dream about her Macaroons and other delicious treats night and day! :)Small Town Sweets hands down not only has that homemade with love but her passion and gift so obviously shines thru. Her macaroons are to die for! They are decadent whilst maintaining the perfect balance of a fluffy texture and equal parts chewy goodness! It's like Self-Love That Comes In A Box.If you love sweet treats, that are out of this world, I definitely recommend that you need to visit her Bakery!”

The lighting was warm. I dont have the right words to express how good the food is! Every bite was delightful. We did the Prix Fixe menu. Loved the Bisque and the Tuna. The red snapper was amazing and the Filet was perfection. I'd recommend them for any special occasion. A romantic and atmosphere to share a quiet moment with the one you love. We sat in the stream room. Lovely. We peeked in at the bar which was cozy and would be a delightful option for another evening out for a light meal and a delicious drink. I hope you get to try it.”

“if you are looking for fresh ingredients, taste, and portion without breaking the bank this is the place. Huge flavor coming from a small town was worth the stop and a future retuurn. Not only is the food delicious, you can also taste the love in the food. Owner Salvatore was more than happy to share his passion for every dish we has brought to us and even asked me what I was in the mood for when I couldn't decide what to order. I ended up having fresh bread with dipping sauce and calamari for starters and as main this tortellini with fresh pesto and mushrooms in a cream sauce. For dessert tiramisu that blew my mind. return. is definitely a place you will come to again and again as well as tell friends about.”

“My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch today, after picking out a Christmas tree. The food was outstanding! everything was fresh and flavorful. Jon got the pulled pork quesadillas. They were served with a yummy spicy cilantro sauce that was unique and delicious. I had the shrimp chipotle bowl, with rice, black beans, avocado, big beautiful shrimp, and a yummy spicy cheese sauce. Two meals, two drinks, under $40!”
