Terrible experience. We have given this establishment many of chances. This is the last straw. We ordered online and had a delivery set for 5:15. It is almost 9 and still no delivery. I had called after 6 and was told it was a busy night and would be on its way shortly. I will never give this place my business ever again!
Ordered several pizzas at 2:45pm for a 5pm delivery. By 6pm no update. Call and they have no idea what’s going on. 7pm still no pizzas. Call again and they say it’s just coming out of the oven and should be heading out soon. Currently 8:30pm and still no pizzas. Even called customer service who tried reaching out and was not able to even get in contact with anyone at the store. We have also in the past ordered carry out at this store before while sitting in parking lot, walking...read full review

Ordering at 4.30pm online, and being told when I arrived, it is going to be ready within 15min… 1 hour later, still no pizza… the person looked on the screen and said it is not even in the oven. They didn’t even know which order they were doing…I cancelled the order, as well as the 10 people who were waiting…That was bad…It is disappointing because it was good at one point…
