To say they care about their customers is the least.

Papa Johns Pizza offers a mixed experience. While some customers praise the delicious, hot pizzas delivered ahead of time, others complain about inaccurate orders and long waits. The cheeseburger pizza is a standout item, with one customer even describing the food as made with love.
