“We stopped by on an roadtrip 8pm 07 of May 2026. Service was the best we ever had, they went out of their way to assist us and where just charming. Would recommend everyone to eat inside, clean, fast and helpfull.
Food was also made Fresh for us as we ordered and next to no wait time, amazing!
Will be stopping again when coming back!“

“Shoutout to the late-night crew at the Shrewsbury Five Guys! Stopped in around 9 PM on a work trip. The restaurant was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the food came out fast. The cheeseburger with pickles and extra onions hit the spot perfectly, and the small fries were crispy and plentiful. Fantastic stop for a traveler!“

Our go-to any time we're out and about and hungry. Even took a 20 minute detour there today after a bad experience at the Red Lion location lol. Shrewsbury never, ever disappoints.“

“I got the BOGO sandwich. I ordered the corned beef Ruben sandwich and the Greek meat gyro . The corned beef Ruben on marble rye was juicy and hot and delicious. The gyro was hot and I ordered extra gyro sauce. I love that. This Arby's as most others rarely disappoint where the food quality and texture matter. They always get it right for me. As a famous cyborg once said, I'll be back!“

“Excellent service upon my arrival at the restaurant. Store was very clean. I was promptly greeted by staff members. Janice and Bridget provided great service in preparing my sandwiches. They showed friendliness and professionalism throughout my visit. The team worked togther efficiently to prepare the sandwiches, and the service was remarkably swift. Julia was very courteous during the checkout process and was proactive in inquiring about any available coupons on my Subway Rewards card. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I plan to continue visiting this location. There are two locations in Shrewsbury, and the one on Constitution Avenue is the BEST option! I look forward to returning as the sandwiches were delicious and fresh and the associates were AMAZING!!! Lastly, love the sandwich of day deal, too!“

“Just wanted to make this review about the staff members I spoke with or watched.
Camille is the one who took my order, she was very friendly and had a beautiful smile. She kept apologizing since it was her first day. I think she did great. I also noticed it was pretty busy in the drive thru and the manager (had blonde hair) was busting her butt. When she called my name for my order, she had a big smile despite being so busy.“

“The team isnt sociable. The owner of the 2 Subways in Shrewsbury dont accept coupons and dont very often participate in the online deals. Without this, it is somewhat pricey. I would go more often if they would cooperate with the discounts.“

“I was passing through today and decided to stop for lunch. It was a late lunch, so the place was fairly empty, which I like. The place looked awful, however, all the bins were messy behind the line, the tables were dirty, the drink bar was destroyed-no napkins, etc. The food wasn't the worst, wasn't the best I have had, and I do eat at a LOT of locations across the US. The one redeeming aspect was the gal who served me; she was very considerate and served with joy and gladness, and for this reason I am giving 4 stars. Honestly, more and more locations are poorly managed as I traverse the nation time after time; it's a shame because I love the healthy options, but I'm gradually losing confidence in choosing to dine here.“
