I just picked up pizzas and breadsticks. It smells amazing and I checked and it is exactly as ordered. I complimented the young man that it looks great and he said "it's made with love".

Horrible service you have to call India to order a pizza in new freedom Pennsylvania only to get a call from someone to say sorry we don't have a delivery driver to deliver your pizza so I'm gonna cancel your order. Lazy#$$es just don't want to work.

Pizza looked like it was dropped, said they forgot a topping and had to remake, they just fix the one they dropped and ran it through again.

What is the $4.99 delivery fee for? Do you have a carry out fee too? Either way, it goes out in a box? Give your fee to the delivery drivers. The driver was excellent!!

Ordering at 4.30pm online, and being told when I arrived, it is going to be ready within 15min… 1 hour later, still no pizza… the person looked on the screen and said it is not even in the oven. They didn’t even know which order they were doing…I cancelled the order, as well as the 10 people who were waiting…That was bad…It is disappointing because it was good at one point…

Terrible experience. We have given this establishment many of chances. This is the last straw. We ordered online and had a delivery set for 5:15. It is almost 9 and still no delivery. I had called after 6 and was told it was a busy night and would be on its way shortly. I will never give this place my business ever again!

Ordered several pizzas at 2:45pm for a 5pm delivery. By 6pm no update. Call and they have no idea what’s going on. 7pm still no pizzas. Call again and they say it’s just coming out of the oven and should be heading out soon. Currently 8:30pm and still no pizzas. Even called customer service who tried reaching out and was not able to even get in contact with anyone at the store. We have also in the past ordered carry out at this store before while sitting in parking lot, walking inside as soon as it said it was ready for pickup and worker at counter claimed someone had given our pizza away… OneBite would have a field day with this place.1.7/10

they force you to give a rating. I do not like it. but the food is tasty, like everywhere else, nothing special.
Delivery experience was horrible—waited over 1.5 hours before cancelling. Called store and was told the number they called when they couldn’t find my house was not a good number. I asked them to verify the number they called and it was my number. They either didn’t call me or called the wrong number—no need to make up a story just apologize and make it right. Who still wants a pizza after it’s been in a car for 30-45 minutes riding around town?

Called at 1030 .website and yep both say close at 1100 .and has happened before already closed.Just add this country were good customer service has disappeared. Due to " staffing" issues... tired of hearing that excuse...

I placed a large order yesterday (Wednesday) to pick up for Saturday. Thursday morning I wake up to an email that the store cancelled my order. No call or explanation. So now I need to wait for my card to stop holding so I can take it to a local pizzeria instead.

U don't want to work here or eat here the staff are all doing drug in the back of the restaurant from cocain to weed I found a needle in the restroom after a employee was just in there I left right away an took my family somewhere else I was shocked that there manger let the employees do drug on the job this place need to be cleaned up like all new management an employees before I would ever think about coming back
