About Gunpowder Falls Brewing

Gunpowder Falls Brewing provides a great dining experience with friendly service and amazing food and drinks. The beers have delicious flavor, featuring a good mix of German and non-German dishes. The shrimp lo mein special is a must-try, while the Wiener schnitzel is crispy and cooked just right, with lemon adding the perfect acidity. Guests can enjoy excellent German potatoes that pair well with the schnitzel, and the pretzel is a decent size for sharing. The menu also includes recently added chicken schnitzel sandwiches that are incredible, as well as good wurst, sausages, brats, and kraut. Visitors can relax in the outdoor Biergarten or enjoy the large indoor area when the weather isn’t nice. The brewery offers plenty of parking and is not very crowded on a Saturday afternoon, making it a nice spot to enjoy a flight of beers. Gunpowder Falls Brewing is a popular place for locals and visitors alike, with many returning regularly to savor the food and drinks.

My son and I visited for the first time. We did all of the NRC Trail and Heritage Rail Trail. On the way back we stopped at Gunpowder Falls Brewing. I just found it on Google maps. I had the 2 Export Hell beers and I thought they were great. If I did not have to travel another 21 miles to home, I would had tried another beer. My son loved his burger and I thought the wurst was good. Next time I am on the trail, I will be back. I hope soon.
my Fiance and I frequent this brewery about once a week.

the food is outstanding, good wurst, pretzels, and recently- chicken schnitzel sandwiches that are incredible.

the seasonal bier is great, really enjoying the Schwarzbier lately!
My first time here and I wasn’t sure what to expect. My waitress Melissa was wonderful. She recommended a beer to me based off what I enjoy on a regular outing. It was delicious. I also had the special which was shrimp lo mein. I cannot wait to return and start trying regular menu items.
