“We have never been to this restaurant before but it was recommended by a friend of ours. Since we was in the area last night we called in a order. The guy who took my order was very pleasant. I just want to say that their food is excellent. I got the gizmo cheeseburger sub and my husband got the tuna boat. My sub was the best cheeseburger sub that I have ever had . I had a bite of my husband's sub and I would definitely get one of those also. It's a little pricey but it is well worth the price. It is not small portions, they give you your money's worth. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back!!”

I think it's very reasonably priced. My daughter and son- in-law took me here for my birthday as they know I really like this place! Hamir even had a special candle for me! “Today, had lunch at The First Post in York, PA. The place is nice and spacious, located on East Market Street. Our party of four shared a ravioli appetizer and had French Onion soup. Both were delicious!!! Easily the best French Onion soup I've eaten!!! For lunch, we each had something different. My Aunt had Salmon Salad. My wife had The Post Steak Sandwich with fries. Our son had the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo. I settled for.the Fish & Chips!! Each of us loved our meals - taking at least half home!! The portions were enormous!!! To wrap up, we decided on some dessert. My Aunt and wife had the Creme Brulee. My son and I had the Chocolate Reese Cake Tort. So good!!!! Service was phenomenal!! If in the York, PA area, you MUST stop in and eat up!!!”

“Sooo delicious! Every bite was just so good! Home cooked - the carrot juice was so fresh! Mom was cooking and her daughters managed the table with so much kindness - excellent service. I cannot recommend this place enough. I need to learn the correct names but the stuffed grape leaves were out of this world. I had chicken on their homemade bread - SO good! Go on a weekday if you can they’re super busy on the weekends but wonderful wonderful food!!!!”

“My daughter and I stopped in last Sunday for some veggie wraps and coffee. Everything was great from the moment we walked in the door. The coffee shop was immaculately clean, the staff was so friendly and efficient and most importantly the food and coffee were awesome. Definitely will recommend Gather 256 to all. To me it's the best coffee/cafe in York! Thank you to Tyler. Sarah Molly, and Nina (hopefully I have everyone that was there Sunday afternoon) for being so awesome on our first time there. It definitely will be our special stop in York!”

“I’m no fan of sushi, so I can’t speak to that, but I LOVE hot-and-sour soup. I’ve been disappointed with the soup at several other restaurants in the area, but Wild Ginger’s version of it is PHENOMENAL! Loaded with wonderful stock and truly having a sour taste with a subtle kick of spicy. (It’s surprising how many restaurants do not have both.) I could have made a meal out of it. Will definitely be back.”

“Crumbl Cookies in York, PA is a cute and welcoming spot with a great smell as soon as you walk in. When I visited around 6:30 PM, it wasn’t very crowded, which made the experience feel relaxed.

However, the customer service could have been better. As a first-time customer, I felt there was very little guidance or explanation about the ordering process and the different cookie options.

The cookies themselves were good, although they were a little too sweet for my personal taste. Overall, I’d rate the experience 6/10. The location is cute, the atmosphere is nice, and it’s worth trying at least once.”

“I can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve ate here several times both dinned in and take out and their food is so authentic, so flavorful at such a great price! Not only are your taste buds going to explode with flavor but the staff is so sweet and friendly. They’re quick to approach and get you situated weather it’s take out or dinning in. Lots of younger folks taking the orders, getting you seated and bringing your take out in such a timely manner. It’s also byob. If you haven’t checked this place out, you need to ask yourself why?!?”

“I just wanna say a big thank you to the owners and employees of J&B’s. My father is sick fighting cancer in the hospital right now, he LOVES J&B’s breakfast. I came in last week and I didn’t even need to repeat his order that I hardly knew and was stressed about messing it up, the owner, knew immediately who my father was, knew his exact specific, kinda odd order, had it done in less than 5 mins and was wrapped in foil to keep it warm for my hour drive to Hershey. After all of that, she refused payment. And said “tell Uppie to get well and this is on us”. Truly meant the world to me.
