We finally had the opportunity to enjoy dining at Bloom tonight for a belated birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing, as well as the service we received from Carrie and her assistant (I'm sorry I forget her name - she was wonderful as well!) We highly recommend the Bloom for an elevated dining experience.
Dinner and drinks were soooo good.
We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner! The food was beyond good.

Based on the reviews, Bloom Kitchen & Bar offers an unforgettable dining experience with amazing food and impeccable service. The restaurant is described as very cozy, feeling like home. The staff works perfectly as a team, making guests feel incredibly welcomed. A server named Kari was perfect, walking first-time visitors through the menu and reading the table perfectly to recommend desserts. The front of house manager and an assistant manager also checked in multiple times to ensure the evening was enjoyable.
The food is excellent. The lamb sliders were amazing with wonderfully cooked lamb and great flavor from the whipped tomato butter and pickled cucumber. The southern BBQ shrimp and biscuits had perfectly cooked shrimp and a great Bayou BBQ sauce. The duck was amazingly moist, and the Pop's Roast chicken had amazing flavor. The wagyu burger was well cooked, enhanced by the black pepper aioli. The unconventional fish and chips was a favorite, with excellent sauce and perfect cook that lifts the cod light in your mouth. The caramel cheesecake was amazing, avoiding overly sweet flavoring with a great crumb base. Other excellent menu items include filet, salmon, beet salad, Caesar salad, octopus, tuna crudo, and hamburger with fries. The bread and salmon are delicious. The dining experience is surprisingly economical. Guests would recommend Bloom Kitchen and Bar and can't wait for another visit.
