Chilly Willie's Snowballs is the best in York, PA, with the best snowballs and snowcones around. It offers lots of awesome flavors that are not watered down. There are picnic tables and a volleyball net for family and friends. The workers are very nice and friendly. Be prepared for a line in summer, with a wait of 10-20 minutes, but it is definitely worth it and worth the money.
