Poor poor poor! Lack of service and NO RESPONSE to 2 surveys submitted! Food was so old it literally had no meat left on the bones! I submitted a survey to the manager NO RESPONSE! I submitted a survey to corporate headquarters NO REPOSE, why bother asking for feedback???? No follow up, no ownership to the lack of customer service and poor quality of a $26.00 meal. I will never go her again and will be sure to communicate my experience to others!
The lobbys usually either too cold or too hot but otherwise place isn't too bad.
