After seeing a lot of advertisements on Facebook I decided to go ahead and place an order (good job marketing team). I ordered a six pack of assorted cookies. The order shipped right away and was at my door within in couple of days. The cookies arrived carefully packaged and everything got to me in one piece. Right away I tried the S'more cookie and... O M G!! Everything exceeded my expectations. Fresh, delicious, and pretty much the perfect cookie. I will definitely be a returning customer. **Editing** I was about to place another order and noticed that some cookies are only available if you subscribe to their cookie club. The monthly cost is a bit steep, but I figured I'd try it for the minimum three months. Once reached check out and saw that it was going to cost almost two hundred dollars for the order, I immediately hit the brakes and decided that I couldn't justify paying that much money for cookies. Especially because I have no way to know if I would even like the flavors without trying them first. Can your average customer really afford this? I'm still giving you five stars because your cookies are incredible. But please consider allowing customers to order any of your flavors without needing to subscribe.

Your cookie pictures cant truly show how big the cookies are, how they smell and how amazing they taste. You are rock stars of the cookie world. Note from my wife: My honey got me a dozen cookies for my birthday. He ordered yesterday and they came today. I ate a salted Carmel pretzel cookie. Amazing. Thank you baby. I love ❤️ them.

I originally left a negative review due to receiving a nasty little cut from their delivery bag, which had large, sharp staples.
The owner replied that they don't use these bags, and that they aren't open on Sundays, and asked me to delete the review. As you can see in the images attached, the Taylor Chip Cookies brand is there, and is in fact open on Sundays.
To the owner - unless you're claiming DoorDash is using your name and brand against your knowledge, you are still responsible for actions taken using your name and brand, whether it's in your original physical store or otherwise.
Hopefully they get this sorted ? The cookies themselves were alright, but nothing to write home about.

We LOVE these cookies. It is true that they are big so we typically divide them but they are absolutely superior to other cookie places around. I wish they would make it down into the Philadelphia area but I know people in the Lancaster area so visit often. I just noticed the chocolate covered strawberry is back (usually for Mother’s Day) and it is my all-time favorite but you really can’t go wrong. I have ordered multiple cookie cakes as well. Love it all!

Their cookies are like a party on your mouth! Soft, decadent, and full of flavor.. They're large. Some are like a like a combo of a cookie and cupcake.
I really considered ordering cookies but after doing my research I will not be. Everytime someone writes a review it seems the owners will respond by talking down to you if they don’t like what you wrote. They also are quick to bash and insult other businesses. It so unprofessional how they act. If they can’t handle bad reviews or want to bash their competitors, then clearly they need to leave the business and monopolies that come with it. I can’t support a business that acts so unprofessional like they do. It’s a very bad practice and does not look good.

These cookies are kind of overrated. The flavors are ok but I taste more sugar than the actual cookie flavor advertised. I see them trying to promote every single flavor in the universe like every other cookie company on TikTok. Nothing really sets them aside from any other cookie company.
