“The journey to this bake shop is a story.

We drive into an Amish farm and saw no cars parked, nor a sign telling us where the bakery is. We drive deeper into the barn, almost knocking over the family dog. There were some dogs in cages barking at us, not sure if it was to welcome us, or to warn us.

We saw a guy who seem to work there, or owns the place. He told us that we went too far in, and said “turn around, it’s the red shed”.

We turned the car around, again, looking around to see which of those could be the bakery. We saw a hand written board “open”.

We go in. Shelves were almost empty except for a few trays of whoopie pies and some fry pies in the refrigerator. No one was inside except a box saying “self service”. “Interesting” we thought. Never have we seen such an establishment that was based on trust.

OH yes, how were the pies you say? SO GOOD. Just gotta bake them real good for a little. The whoopie pies are also really moist and cream not coyingly sweet.”

“Kitchen Kettle Village was such a fun and charming stop! There were so many shops to explore — from homemade treats to handcrafted decor — and even some of the cutest little Airbnbs right on-site. I could’ve taken home so many snacks and goodies, but the semi can only hold so much 😂 We still managed to bring back a few favorites! The fudge-making was so fun to watch (and taste!), and the pretzels, ice cream, and kettle corn are absolute must-tries. It made for such a nice, relaxing afternoon in the heart of Amish Country, and we can’t wait to come back again soon! 🛍️🍦🌾”

“After seeing a lot of advertisements on Facebook I decided to go ahead and place an order (good job marketing team).
I ordered a six pack of assorted cookies. The order shipped right away and was at my door within in couple of days. The cookies arrived carefully packaged and everything got to me in one piece. Right away I tried the S'more cookie and... O M G!! Everything exceeded my expectations. Fresh, delicious, and pretty much the perfect cookie. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I was about to place another order and noticed that some cookies are only available if you subscribe to their cookie club. The monthly cost is a bit steep, but I figured I'd try it for the minimum three months. Once reached check out and saw that it was going to cost almost two hundred dollars for the order, I immediately hit the brakes and decided that I couldn't justify paying that much money for cookies. Especially because I have no way to know if I would even like the flavors without trying them first. Can your average customer really afford this? I'm still giving you five stars because your cookies are incredible. But please consider allowing customers to order any of your flavors without needing to subscribe.”

“My husband and I were on a small getaway and discovered this treasure. I am an ice cream lover and must tell you that this is hands down the BEST ice cream I ever had. My husband profoundly agrees! He wanted to go again before we left but it wasn’t possible. We’re already trying to plan another trip down just to go to Fox Meadows. Also, the staff was so friendly. The you g woman who waited on us was extremely friendly and provided us samples to try. Since it was our first visit we were also given a free beverage each! We 💯 percent recommend!!!!!”

They welcomed us as if they knew us for years and were eager to share the story behind the café, which made the whole experience feel personal instead of transactional. The food absolutely delivered. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. And the bacon? Honestly, next level. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor—easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. “I’ve visited the creamery at the farm and in their store. This is the best ice cream I’ve eaten!! I also had a pastry for breakfast. I think was called a rolled pastry or similar. It has several layers of ham and cheese inside a really tasty buttery pastry that looks like a French croissant. It was delicious!!”

“Cute little shop. Very good pretzels. Had the cinnamon sugar and it was delish and warm. Husband had the garlic and he said it had good flavor but very garlic and my daughter had regular with cheese sauce and said it was good. The girls workimg where nice and efficient. The place is very clean and smells amazing. Would go again when up this way.”

“My family went this weekend and had an amazing time. The food was delicious. The drinks were great. And we were even able to get popcorn for the second half of the show after intermission. My son is 17 and he had a great time and was very impressed. If you have a teenager you know how hard that can be sometimes. We even got to go up on stage and the performers did a special wine pour while suspended from fabric from the ceiling. It was really cool I'm so glad we did that. Highly recommend going! They do pictures after the show with guests and the owner (who is the lead magician) is super cool and nice and stands with you as well. I can't wait to go back.”
