I took my kids there for the first time since we had a little bit of time to spare, the service was excellent, it was inviting and the staff were all so patient (since the 3 of us were new the entire Oola bowl experience). “Lisa and Sally were fantastic at making things go smoothly for our small family. We registered for the egg hunt and the reception wasn’t ready yet but our toddler was starving. They made sure to accommodate us in the most professional and kind manner. They were truly wonderful hosts. Interactions like this make me want to support a business. We may just have started a new annual tradition thanks to these two.”

Thats my first time but my relatives been here before and they liked it at the first time so are we. They have chikens and goats, small cows. “It gives you straight-up old roadside diner in the atmosphere department, but the food is absolutely phenomenal. I enjoyed a really delicious omlette that came in a great portion with delicious shredded potatoes and fantastic bacon. I was quite impressed with the food and the service was great too.They have a giant pancake I want to try next. It's bigger than the plate.I'm already planning my return. If you're looking for classic diner eats and breakfast to die for, try this spot for sure. It's a PA gem.”

“The BEST ice cream in the world! While turning onto the driveway to the Lapp farm we knew it would be special. There is meticulous grounds, farm cats and dogs, you can feed the cows and walk around the property. There is a drive through too for convenience but we like sitting on their enclosed porch and enjoy the views. On some days you may see cats walking around pleading for a taste of your ice cream and a dog sleeping (snoring).The store has freshly made waffle cones, fresh milk to drink there or take home. The chocolate milk tastes like a shake. If we could find a dry ice company near by we would take gallons of ice cream back home.It's the best!3/26/24 Update: Been coming here for over 15 years. Best of the best. If I were to ever start my own ice cream store in New Jersey, I would work a deal with Lapps to sell their brand in my shop.”

“Hands down the best breakfast spot I have ever been to. Our friends John and Lisa Manaco took us here and they did not disappoint us. We had a party of 6 and we were seated, waited on, and served in a very timely manner, but the best part was everyone loved their meals. Holy bacon too, definitely do yourself a favor and sample each kind of bacon they offer cause they will make you wanna smack yo momma. Next time I come back to Amish land I will be sure to go here every day I am able too and you should do the same!!!! Great Job Gracies, Don't ever stop being excellent. “We visit on every trip to Lancaster county. Love their pies, cookies, whoopie pies and especially their dinner and hamburger rolls. They also have good ice cream and will make you a shake. During the summer there is a food truck outside baking pretzels. They're also extremely helpful if there's something special you want they will make it for you, you can either call or order it while you're there and pick up the next day. Coconut cream pie is amazing. Pumpkin pie also amazing, and pumpkin custard pie is seasonal but definitely worth trying.”

“My wife and I stopped by on Friday evening. The house made 10" rolls are legit and made the sandwiches. I had the Johnny Boy and the meats were high quality and the truffle oil complimented the sandwich. Only minor (very minor) issue was that the thick cut mozzarella at times overpowered the meat. But only a minor issue. My wife had the Caprese sandwich and enjoyed it thoroughly. We will be back as the menu looks amazing and I need two work my way through a few other selections.”

“We enjoy the hot pretzels made on the property by very hard working Amish women. These enterprising women bring their children with them. We have dipped the pretzels in their cheese sauce. They are delicious.Inside their shop, are excellent products to purchase. Annie’s mustard is excellent. Some products are sold on Amazon but much more expensive.We visit the area a few times a year. We always stop here.We also stay at one of the Bird in Hand hotels/motels/B&B properties. The properties include “ free bus” tour of the Amish countryside with excellent orientation of the Amish people by van driver. We love this store.”

“The food for the two of us was ready in less than 10 min. The pulled pork on fries with cheese sauce and BBQ is delicious! My husband enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich also! The soft pretzels were soft and a definite recommend. The triple chocolate ice cream had an excellent flavor, but was perhaps a bit icy.”

“Ordered an iced chai and strawberry smoothie. Both were delish. Got a toasted everything bagel, very good hand they were generous with cream cheese. Unfortunately we missed the breakfast sandwich window (ends at 10:30am) so maybe next time I’m in the area. Friday’s special was fresh cinnamon buns. “We are a family of 4 (ages 5 and 8) and we loved it!! Best part: a little nook with some toys and books. This made it possible for our kids to play and my husband and I could have a conversation without interruptions! The food was WONDERFUL, all of the staff was lovely, the bathrooms were clean and the decor and atmosphere are awesome. If we ever come back to this area we will definitely be back!!”

“I was dining with 4 others and one friend needed to plug in her O2 and the staff accommodated us quickly with smiles. Ruthie was our server and she was absolutely delightful! The meal started with delicious homemade rolls and peanut butter spread. I ordered meatloaf and mashed potatoes and peas and the servings were giant! Everything was delicious.
