I asked the server if I could substitute the bread for another option. She said yes but neglected to tell me it would be an additional $8.00 for the substitution. the $17.00 sandwich was $25.00. A bit ridiculous for a turkey sandwich with 2 slices of turkey and a a piece of lettuce and some special spread. I think the server should have told me before I agreed to the change.

Not what it used to be! They previously had a great homemade open faced chicken salad sandwich with cranberry relish. Now it's definitely not homemade. The bread is tasteless and hardly any chickem salad. They also used to have the best coconut cream pie around. Not anymore.
And the slice was $10!
My two friends had the crab sandwich and also thought they were tasteless and small.
The bill for three of us was $92 for lunch. I was embarrassed as I suggested the Kling House and it was terrible.

So glad to see this place is back to full time service. The food was fantastic and our server was so kind and patient. She explained all of our gluten free options and answered all our questions like a pro. We’ll definitely be back.

A very nice atmosphere with a friendly waitress but disappointing meals. My wife’s salad tasted like it had too much pepper and my pork entree was extremely salty. Not much of a menu selection. I would however recommend the coconut cream pie for dessert. We will not be revisiting.
I loved this place! Even though it can feel a little bit crowded, the place is actually pretty nice, the staff is very welcoming and our server Grace was just the sweetest :)
Food was delicious and you need to make sure to try the mocktails.

My husband and I dined here 4 weeks ago and even though the quiche is not what you expect quiche to be, it was still delicious. I think of quiche as a large pie which a serving is sliced from. Their quiche resembles a pre-made pot pie.
Our most recent visit was a disappointment. The quiche was overcooked and dry and the skin on the Bologna on my husband’s sandwich was rock hard and not edible. The skin should have been removed. We had a guest with us so we did not want to complain. The menu is very limited. Would be nice to see a burger or tuna melt.
The staff is over the top friendly.
We were so happy to see the Kling House reopen but I hope that dining there isn’t hit or miss. We’ll try again.

They had a limited number of things on the menu for Lunch. I was disappointed with such a lack of choices given the busy location. Same goes with the drinks. For the values of the sandwiches I expended much more and could have made a better one and cheaper myself.
My wife and I ate here today for lunch for the first time. We were passing through town and found this place. The food was great and the employees were all very friendly. It did take about 20 minutes to get our food, but that was ok.

We thought this place had a weird menu and were reluctant to enter to eat. Because there were no other viable options around, we decided to eat there.
Thank God we ate there. The food was much better than expected. Very fresh, and very good. Although I do admit that it was a bit more expensive than expected, but great food nonetheless. Would definitely return.

Perfect lunch in between some shopping. I would eat this quiche every day if I could! They also have an awesome mocktail menu (the peach one was amazing!) Our waitress was so sweet and friendly. I love that they serve local products from the shops in the village. They served a very tasty combo of pepper jam and cream cheese as a starter. Try to sit by a window and you can watch the carriages as you eat!

One of the worst chicken salad sandwiches I’ve ever had. I rarely write reviews but this was so bad I couldn’t resist. No napkins, no silverware, just two awful sandwiches for $45. No thanks.
