Really disappointed. They offered walleye for fish fry during lent. Skin was not removed. The batter came off with the rubber, impossible to chew skin. The meat underneath may have been okay, but all the bones made it too tedious to eat. Someone needs to teach them how to filet fish. Haluska was like soup. Never again. 😕
