I recently visited the Wetlands. I only go here for the fish and chips. Well they changed the fish, you used to get 3-4 pieces of fried battered fish with fresh cut fries. Now they serve one large piece of haddock. The fish was dry and the fries came out very dark, almost burnt. I was honestly looking forward to the old fish and chips, I ate what I received but was disappointed in the fish.
Go there for dinner specials served on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night only.Home made comfort food. The whipped potatoes are incredible!The desert is home made and always a must to eat in or go home with.A restaurant located on a golf course with friendly service and great conversation.
I highly recommend the Wetlands Bar and Restaurant at Macoby Run Golf Course. We held our daughters graduate school party there and it was absolutely amazing! The food was out of this world and everyone commented how delicious it was. We had 37 people and the restaurant was the perfect size. Shelia and her staff were so kind and accommodating. You will not be disappointed if you have your private event here!
