I understand small businesses can't absorb all costs, but offering one complimentary non-dairy option like other cafes do would help. Quick little coffee date with the hubby at Brio Coffeehouse in Greencastle—and we were seriously impressed!

We grabbed a vanilla cappuccino, an iced Americano with simple syrup, and a strawberry banana smoothie—all for under $15!

I walked in just a minute or two before they opened, not knowing they were opening at 7. The young lady, who was by herself, was very nice and happy and told me that she already had around 8 tickets to work on. She found the order fine and immediately filled it with a smile on her face. What a great employee! What a great place.
