Shirley is hands down one of the main reasons we stop at Burger King in the evenings! My kids always say how kind she is! She is a gem! She always thanks us for coming, is so friendly, always smiling. I have never had this service from a drive thru employee before! She also keeps the drive thru moving, makes sure order is correct, and makes sure food is fresh.
I don’t eat at Burger King very often but both times I’ve ordered from this location, they have screwed up our order. They were unprofessional and rude when my husband went back inside to get it corrected. No one seemed to know what they were doing in there. We’ll be ordering from a different location next time.
