Received jalapeño RB sliders with no meat in them and they left out items that I paid for (2 wraps). I'll be going back to Chick-fil-A next door from now on. March 22, around 5:30, 2025, I saw a heavier built woman working, making orders with no gloves on ,constantly putting her hands on other peoples food, scratching herself still preparing food without washing her hands or wearing gloves.

I went through the arbys drive through for the first time. My small children wanted to try something new. My husband asked the lady at the drive though what the number 4 burger had on it just because our children can be picky with spicy things. She started yelling at us through the drive through speaker. (Made my children cry) worst customer service I have ever had. We went to the window to try to order through there. The manager dawn s, then yelled at us again and told us our order was canceled because we were taking to long to order for 2 adults and 3 children. There was noone in line behind us or at the restaurant. We wernt there for more than 4/5min.

Good place to eat it's always clean friendly and great food the food is always made fresh and nice and hot! Plus they always have a 2/for 7 deal on gyros or sandwiches 🥪😋❤️

Would have left a 1 star because of an issue with the app but once I arrived at the store and explained my situation everyone was super nice and understanding and stressed how this was a well known issue with every store and made the food while I waited. This location is absolutely amazing, staff goes above and beyond to help everyone to their best ability.

Went in as a first time Uber eats delivery driver. Not a single customer in the store. I had to wait almost 5 minutes before I guess the evening manager came to take my order. Politely told her what I was there for. She waved her hand at a small shelf near the register and said that's where our to go orders are as she walked away. The bag I would have been taking was over the counter. Not knowing, of course I wasn't just going to take something. I haven't had that poor of customer service in almost 10 years. If you can't treat customers right, then maybe customer service isn't your thing

Bizarre drive through interactions. I can't recall the entire interaction, but instead of saying pull up or something normal the guy said some yee-haw speak no one here uses. We were asked for curly or whatever kind of fries and we said curly, yet we didn't get those fries. I swear I get a run by people from another planet vibe from Arby's and this interaction only served to reinforce that vibe.
