I'm tired of wasting my money here. It doesn't matter if I come in go thru drive-thru or delivery. I never get what I paid for, I always pay for extra cheese for my beef and cheddar sandwiches and the never give them to me, and at .80 cents a pop those things add up. I work nearby and eat at this Arby's often. The food is consistently delicious and Arby's offers a huge variety of food choices as opposed to those other fast food places. But the one thing that brings this restaurant to a higher level is the manager, Ken. Ken is super-friendly with customers and you always feel like he is glad to see you and proud to serve you. Unfortunately, I will be moving out of the area soon. I will definitely miss my Arby's lunches!

Received jalapeño RB sliders with no meat in them and they left out items that I paid for (2 wraps). I'll be going back to Chick-fil-A next door from now on. They spent all that money renovating the place but still can't figure out how to make orders correctly. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Check your order especially going through drive through.

March 22, around 5:30, 2025, I saw a heavier built woman working, making orders with no gloves on ,constantly putting her hands on other peoples food, scratching herself still preparing food without washing her hands or wearing gloves.
I went through the arbys drive through for the first time. My small children wanted to try something new. My husband asked the lady at the drive though what the number 4 burger had on it just because our children can be picky with spicy things. She started yelling at us through the drive through speaker. (Made my children cry) worst customer service I have ever had. We went to the window to try to order through there. The manager dawn s, then yelled at us again and told us our order was canceled because we were taking to long to order for 2 adults and 3 children. There was noone in line behind us or at the restaurant. We wernt there for more than 4/5min.

Would have left a 1 star because of an issue with the app but once I arrived at the store and explained my situation everyone was super nice and understanding and stressed how this was a well known issue with every store and made the food while I waited. This location is absolutely amazing, staff goes above and beyond to help everyone to their best ability.
