Bizarre drive through interactions. I can't recall the entire interaction, but instead of saying pull up or something normal the guy said some yee-haw speak no one here uses. We were asked for curly or whatever kind of fries and we said curly, yet we didn't get those fries. I swear I get a run by people from another planet vibe from Arby's and this interaction only served to reinforce that vibe.

This Arby's is exceptional, I always have a good experience here and the staff is always friendly. Today, they didn't have what my kids wanted, but it all turned out great because Dyanna, who took our order at the drive-thru, proactively helped us satisfy a complicated order for the picky children. I rarely review a fast food restaurant, but I had to recognize Dyanna for her quality customer service.Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating and patient.

Pretty good place for quick take out. Got the beef and cheddar and it was really good. But their milkshakes is straight up ice cream lol. I could not suck that milkshake through a straw. I literally ate it with a spoon. So I don’t recommend them.

The service was friendly, and the establishment was clean. However, the food was cold. We did receive what was ordered, but I feel like I got a sandwich that was accidentally made for another customer and had been sitting for a bit.

Samuel was our counter service person today.He was excellent!This young man is a rising star employee.He had a wonderful, positive attitude, and was observed to make every customer feel like a VIP.I hope corporate sees this review and gives that young man a bonus of some sort.He is one of the best younger service personelle I've seen in a long time and feel he would make an excellent company trainer for the Arby's brand.Cheers to Greensburg Arby's, Samuel.
