Aroma Joe's Coffee House & Drive Thru

I left five stars because I love aroma Joe's. But the last four or five times that I've went they've gotten my coffee wrong every time. I ordered the Poppin pumpkin today unwanted cinnamon in the coffee and it was left out also the sugar crystals that go on top of that particular coffee were also left out. I hate to complain but when I go and get a coffee I want it how I want it the only thing that I was satisfied with today's visit was how friendly the girls were and it was Halloween and they offered candy which was nice. From now on I will make sure that I asked it may be made correctly because apparently there's a problem with making the drinks the way they come. This is only been recently they never used to do this.

Sept.23rd I stopped in. The two young ladies working Abby I believe was the one young ladies name. They went above and beyond were so polite and helpful. Those girls deserved 10star review!!!!

A couple weeks ago an employee named Bella was very rude and constantly rolled her eyes when my daughter was ordering her drink. She had a bad attitude when I was speaking to her and she constantly was giving me and my daughter the “gen z” stare. After she took our order she would disturbingly stare at her and not look away. My daughter was uncomfortable. Probably not coming back after this….

Every time I go in here I am greeted the service is quick and they even have a couple board games/ books to hang out and enjoy your time, very cute cozy place

I absolutely love aroma joes! It’s consistently delicious & the girls are always so sweet. I make the drive here over Starbucks or Dunkin. Keep being awesome!!

I come here often and the food is always great ! Today I did a mobile order - one of the blonde girls working was extremely rude and slammed the drive thru window in my face. Absolutely unprovoked, extremely unprofessional.

My wife and i refuse to go anywhere else for coffee the service even though we always go to the drive thru it's quick and everyone who works there is nice and seem to recognize frequent customers

First time here not long ago and was super excited for all the flavors of coffee they had. Sadly, when I got my coffee it just tasted like bitter, sweetish coffee with creamer in it, couldn't even taste any of the flavors that the drink was suppose to be. It was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.
